This McDonald’s is just a headache honestly. There are a few people that work there that are very friendly, helpful and do their job. The service is terrible and it’s always a chaotic mess in the restaurant itself. If you didn’t mind waiting 30 plus minutes in the parking lot and then having to walk inside to find your order, then this is the restaurant for you. If you want a better dining experience do yourself a favor and choose a different McDonald’s.

Service seems somewhat better. I should say the app works better. It hasn’t messed up my payments or told me I needed to drive to the store and go inside to talk to anybody. It seems that’s the biggest disconnect. Corporate should not be sending people to franchises to get app help.

Used drive thru. Lady said “what can I get for you” over speaker, so I started order them proceeds to cut me off and said “we are only doing mobile orders.” Well they should have said that first and not only that, I try to make a mobile order and then proceeds to tell me to move out of the line

It took my hubby 1 hour to get 1 QP meal and 1 BigMac meal tonight. 2 customers in front of him in the drive thru. Had him pull over to side to wait. He sat there 45 minutes. Went inside to ask about it. Workers laughing and talking loud – playing on their phones. Asked to speak to the manager twice. They ignored his request. No apologies for their incompetence. No explanations. Finally received his order an hour after placing it.

All of our food was simply atrocious! The restaurant was so unorganized and chaotic. It took forever to get her food and then we didn’t even get all of the food, so I had to go and stand in line to get the rest of our food. The building was beautiful, too bad the food wasn’t. This experience just reaffirm why I had not been to a McDonald’s in over five years and I’ll not be back in the next five years.

You want to know what’s wrong at this location. There are more people in the lobby to “talk” to employees then there are employees and they can’t get anything done. Been waiting 15 minutes for some 2 cookie boxes.

Wow wow wow. We stopped to get coffee and a drink. First off, you could not hear the worker through the speaker. THEN the frappe machine was “needing to be cleaned” Like WHATTTT it’s breakfast time. People are gonna want frappes. They then had to refund us for something we didn’t pay for because they out accidentally put it on there. NOT to mention after we payed, when we pulled up to the second window, she said one of the drinks we wanted was out, so we had to pick a new one. WELP ☝️ that would have been nice to know before we payed.

Stopped here as a rest stop on our way to the beach, and found clean bathrooms, quality food, and excellent service. The ice cream machine was working! When we received our kids meals, they didn’t have the advertised toy, and they told us when we asked that they were out. But as we sat there, a worker brought us a couple they had managed to find in the back.
