This McDonald’s in Meridian North Hills is the biggest and nicest one I’ve visited. The staff is busy and friendly. The shift manager assisted with my order, in person, not from the kiosk. I was not familiar with ordering via App Rewards and Value Items by kiosk, and it was okay with her as she nicely took my order. They have a TV, where I first heard about the U.S. bombing Venezuela.

I ordered on the app for breakfast and I picked the drive thru for pick up. I waited in line for 10 minutes to pick up my breakfast before it changed for lunch. Already paid for. I live in the country so it takes 20 minutes to drive to the McDonald’s and 20 back. Almost a whole hour. And they canceled it because it was 3 minutes after breakfast. I waited in line for 10 minutes for them to cancel it. Wasted 40 minute trip.

Drive through lady’s testy and have attitudes they may be overwhelmed or overworked did see a twisted tea under one of their cars so could be the drank to they rush you to wait and the food still cold and garbage half the stuff ain’t right or missing something is up at this place any time any day chaos!

The food is usually pretty good at this location. When they occasionally mess up your order, they’re quick to correct it and get it back out to you fast!
I’ve been coming to this location since I was a teen after class to do homework with friends and they’ve always had great management and great workers. The remodel made it look so fancy and mature and grownup, so I bet it’s a cool place for kids to go after school in the 2020s. Love it!

The employees were friendly. Took over 5 minutes to get our food. The steak egg and cheese bagel was like chewing on raw hide. The store is really clean.

I went thru the drive-thru & ordered hotcakes & sausage, hashbrown & a Frappe. I was told to pull up because frappe wasn’t ready. I waited 5 or more minutes. Went in the restaurant they had forgotten I ordered it. It took them 1 min to make. The problem was…it’s wasn’t that busy

They are always rude. Food always late coming out and always, always something wrong with my order. The wait time is so long. They never ask do you want Condiments or just put them in the bag. This place is the reason why I cook more.

Usually they have fast service not this time. I could see the worker busy doing something. She never came to the window to let us know what was going on. When we finally got the food she didn’t apologize. We asked for ketchup she said they didn’t have any.
