Just really dirty. Service was okay but did not like the new design where the kitchen is blocked off from the dining room. There is a wall separating the kitchen that does not allow you to see the work taking place behind the scenes. Thus, by encountering a very dirty drink service area, the mine tends to ask how clean is the kitchen. Again this is primarily a cleanliness matter and not a service matter.
