Depending on what Manger is there thr services be ok. I usually just go for the breakfast but this time I wanted to try lunch. I waited over the the time for my food. If I didn’t ask about it I wasn’t getting the updates from the service representative. I set there and watch so, many people order after me and they got their food first. The drinks was flat tasting like water. The kiosk machines is always out of order. Then, when you order from it representative can’t find it in their system .

The only reason why they got one star. It’s because you don’t have a choice. I went here. It wasn’t even busy. My sandwich was cold the meat cold bun not toasted. They messed up my order and took my money. Didn’t have my order ready. Didn’t give me my money back. Management didn’t call back they’re so used to complaints.. It is sad from management all the way down. They don’t care how they do their job. I believe they all get high managers and all. No pride in their work. Let me let you pitiful people know if you can’t work at McDonald’s and read a ticket and actually make the sandwich right you are not going to be able to work anywhere else but a minimum wage job. You see these people hire young men that don’t care about how they fix their food. He can so okay to hire young people but at least they need to be good at their job. Clearly these people are not. You think you’re saving on labor how much is it costing you in remakes? Oh I forgot y’all don’t like to reimburse people for their food. I think you guys should go out of business seriously. All management should be fired. The whole crew should be fired!!

Front Counter person needs more training. They actually need a peoples person working the front. And, stop ignoring customers so they will walk out. That is unacceptable!! And, don’t rush customers trying to place an order with you looking and acting frustrated !!

I ordered a caramel frappe this morning with extra caramel drizzle. I told the manager that it wasn’t no extra drizzle that my frappe look like the one my daughter had. He handle me as if I’m not important and he was right. Due to the fact that I had something to do I left with it cause I didn’t have time to argue. As a customer I want what I paid for and Im custom to. Manager need people skills and a life. What was it going to hurt to put a little more drizzle on my frappe. Terrible service definitely won’t be returning
