The people and staff at this McDonald’s have the worst attitudes. The young lady that took my order was sweet with a personality, but everyone else was not. They barely greet you at the window, where you receive your food and you always have to pull up. Not to mention, I always get a 2B which is a bacon quarter pounder and my bacon has been missing the last three times I’ve went. Granted, My food was fresh this time but inaccurate. I don’t like to do reviews or complain because I know how work can be, but do not work with the public if you don’t have the attitude and personality for it.

This has been my fav store since a kid but today I went in to use the restroom and an employee in a red shirt came in peeping thru the crack of the door. She didn’t even use the restroom just walked out when I did. Weird and creepy someone sneaking to watch u piss

The night time employees including the manager that work here are horrible!! Their Attitudes are the worst. They do not care about serving fresh food whatsoever. Fries ice cold & stale. Burger meat was hard as a brick as well as the buns. Please don’t say anything to them bcuz then they start rolling their eyes and sucking their teeth like you’re the one that’s lying about the cold stale food. If you go around the time that “they’re ready to close” Not actual closing time, then your choice of food items are very limited to maybe Fries, chicken nuggets and possibly a McChicken that will be old as can be! This McDonald’s IS NOT on the recommendation list At All!!

The worst McDonalds experience that I have had in a long time…no large drink cups….bought a large double quarter pounder combo…was charged for the large combo even though I got a medium drin…whatever….had to pull up and wait….waited too long….lady brought out my order….had to call her back because I received a small fry instead of a large….she spun around and said she would bring me a large….checked the rest of my order and found a filet o fish instead of a double quarter pounder…the lady took the bag and extra fries and left as if she was angry….I got to wait some more….too long again….and whe I ate my meal my fries were salted to death….won’t come back here….

The store smelled, the cashier and manager had an attitude, they have forgotten my food out the bag, they have given me items I did not order nor paid for. This morning my husband and I waited 30 minutes for 3 breakfast sandwiches. Something very simple. And they messed that up. And when you call to complain no one answers the phone. This establishment needs better customer service, a sense of urgency and new management. They should hire people that take pride in their job and actually want to work. Stop hiring your family members bc they won’t go above and beyond for the logo. I wish I could get my money back!!!!

Ordered caramel frappe bc it comes with whipped cream and she told me it was out and only have iced coffee. I said sure, just put the whipped cream on coffee. Total should have been $1.07 but The total now was a $58 I asked her.Why was it 50 cents more?And she said because I added the whipped cream on my coffee. I said take it off. That’s when the eyes started rolling.And she had to get a manager to come.Void out the Transaction like it was some big For deal. Jan.2,2025. The restaurant was in disarray. Floors sticky. Spilled food in front and behind counter. I used the kiosk to place my order. A older gentleman, behind me,went to the counter to place his order. The cashier rudely said, ” order at kiosk!!” He replied that he doesn’t know how to use the kiosk, and does that mean she wasn’t going to take his order. She just walked away. My order came up she handed to me with an attitude. I told her it came with a frappe. She gave me a medium instead of the large. I just took it. I was so ready to get out of the store. I made my sprite. No straws, no napkins. I just walked out. Got to my car, taste the sprite…just carbonated water. Damn, went to the counter. Same cashier, I explained about the sprite. She said nothing and gave me a cup. Another cashier had just walked up there to take the man order who couldn’t use the kiosk. DAMN SHAME!!!
