This location is the epitome of poor customer service. I stood at the register in the lobby for 5 minutes while at least 6 employees looked me in my eyes and acted as if I was Casper himself, yes, Casper the Friendly Ghost. They acted like I was invisible and waited until I had sense enough to leave.

This is the most awful McDonald’s that I have been to in years. Other customers were in line at the counter and there was no cashier to wait on the customers. When we asked was anyone working there was no response. When this lady made up her mind to quit bagging orders,she finally came to the register with a very nasty attitude. She left us there to go and attend to another order. When thee lady with the orange shirt came to the register she wasn’t any better. Everything that the man and his family tried to order from the foundation she told them that they didn’t have it and he asked “what do you have?”. This was going further down hill as he placed his order. I left with even trying to place an order because the service was so bad. I won’t be going back. I took my business to Bumper’s with a smile

Arrived at McDonald’s in Yazoo City, MS and the staff was completely rude. She did not want to change anything on the board and huffed and puffed. She then proceeds to take other customer’s orders in the other lane. When we receive the food, it’s not what we ordered, the caramel Frappe tastes like water and the man shuts the window in our faces. Terrible experience. 10/10 do not recommend.

Went through drive through, staff was extremely unfriendly except for the man that gave us our drinks and they were wrong. Our food was not what we ordered, it was old, dry and burnt. When I went inside to get the correct drinks the place smelled like a septic system and there were way more flies than customers. I’m a little sketched out that we ate the food. Terrible terrible place to go, never again.

I was disappointed with the Big Macs we got. There was no flavor in the secret sauce at all. I really hope the recipe has not changed. But I still give them a thumbs up on the taste of the fries. On the large fries it looks like they have are serving a smaller amount. I do hope this changes.

Terrible service. Food was ready in a reasonable amount of time but it took forever for the workers to hand it to me. I had to flag one down to get my food…after 5 minutes. And the food was not great after all that.

It’s always a hassle just to get food you paying for.. and the greetings be off the chain ratchet I have yet to see one smiling, saying have a great day, or even closing the order with a simple thank you! Why even write a review it’s been like this for years
