My interactions here have been generally good. My food was good. The service has usually been good though they can sometimes be slow. The atmosphere is decent as they have been fairly recently remodeled. Never usually see people inside too much for whatever reason.

This is the WORST MCDonalds I have EVER been to. The service is horrible. The attitude is horrible. The wait is horrible. After all that, my order was wrong. They clearly dont have their act together. They’re rude too. And they did not have any Coke products and that’s the second time I have experienced that there. Never go back!

It was a little hectic today. I think they may have been shortstaffed or maybe they were overstaffed, but there were a lot of moving parts. We did however get our food. It was hot and fresh. I just feel like they need to be a little more professional.

i called 10 times. waited at the drive through for over 30 mins for my order that was paid for on the mcdonald’s app, just for them to completely ignore me and never answer the phone or the speaker. i could physically see people inside just standing around talking and it was 30 mins before closing so their was absolutely no excuse for this. theirs no way to cancel my order on the app so i couldn’t even get a refund tonight to order somewhere else.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. Ordered online to do curbside pickup. I pull up and check in on the app with the spot number that I parked in. I waited over 35+ minutes waiting on my food. I finally go inside and wait an additional 5 minutes just to talk to one of the employees. It turns out that they had my food on top of a shelf behind the main register cold and was never brought out. I wait another 10-15 minutes for then to remake my food again while people in the kitchen are just having a good time. All in all I spent almost an entire hour for my order when it should be 10-15 minutes max.

I usually go to McDonald’s in Brandon because it’s right next to my job, but this McDonald’s is close to my house so I have given them a try SEVERAL times hoping it would get better. I placed a mobile order and went through the drive through. 1st he says, “I’m sorry. We’re out of Sprite”. I asked for a coke. He hands me a coke and says “I’m sorry, we’re out of straws…… And ice…..”. At this point, I was shocked. I asked for some salt in my bag and he said he has to put it in a 4 ct box….. I should’ve just asked for a refund. Meanwhile, the coke is flat because the cold activation plate isn’t on due to no ice so I asked for a fruit punch instead. The guy at the window was pretty non chalant about everything, but he was nice. Whomever is “managing” needs some skills training on inventory and ordering. That was my last time giving them a “try”……

I started calling this location my favorite spot until today! I usually order a fillet combo with light tarter and hardly have issues! Well today was different! When I got home, my sandwich was hard and bread burnt. I had No cheese on my sandwich . This order tasted like it was definitely rushed!!

I ordered an ice coffee why did the older lady with glasses on stir it with a spoon put it in her mouth and put the spoon back in the coffee. When I told her she tried to lie. Why use a regular spoon, use a plastic spoon and throw it away. The regular spoon been used over and over and when done putting it on the surface. That is not sanitize that’s nasty!
