I had a very concerning experience at the McDonald’s in Clinton, MS. I found a foreign object food label inside my sandwich — it looked like part of a packaging label that clearly should not have been there. This is a serious food safety issue and raises major concerns about cleanliness and quality control.
I’ve reported the issue to McDonald’s and plan to report it to the local health department as well. I hope this is thoroughly investigated and corrective action is taken to prevent it from happening again. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable from such a well-known brand.
UPDATE: The reply that they’re leaving is automated. You can file a complaint and no one reaches out to follow up. Franchise not only nasty but also unprofessional

While we are grateful that they were open on Christmas we ordered online and it took 2.5 hours. TWO PLUS HOURS. To get out food. Not sure if they were understaffed or just overwhelmed ( it was busy ) but over TWO HOURS to get food is crazy! We would have just left but we were on the inside of the 2 lines and blocked in.

Ordered online, waited forever. No toilet paper in the women’s restroom in any of the stalls. Notified staff. They DID NOT tend to the restrooms and handed us napkins. Please be weary when coming here. Restaurant dirty, sticky, not tend to the whole time we were here. Food had to be remade because it was burnt, fry boxes were half empty. Ordered with the app and customized my Quarter Pounder and paid an extra 2.70+tax for the additions I wanted. Only to get home and find out that they didn’t give me the extras on my order.

Worst McDonalds ever! Mobile order can’t get started until you get there because their system supposedly won’t let them see the mobile orders. The only other time I’ve been there I waited 20 mins at 6am for two biscuits and never received because I was going to be late for work!

Walked in to one table in the store. 4 team members in an area of the dining area having a meeting, I would assume. A lady from the table goes to the counter for extra creamer. She waited about 5min. Then I motioned to her where they were at. She walks over into their view, but still no service. I had to say “Excuse me” and point to the lady. My wife ordered an egg Mcmuffin, entered our table number, and we sat down. We waited about ten minutes, then she went to the counter and waited about another 2 min. As for the location itself. There were multiple dirty tables, and the floor was not clean in multiple places that you could notice. The food and coffee were good.

Waited forever in the drive-thru. Multiple cars left the line. When we ordered, we had to go over our order over and over because they couldn’t figure it out.
Realized they forgot our large sweet tea, so walked in to get it. There were probably 25 people standing in the lobby waiting. The self serve kiosk was down, half the people had already ordered and half were waiting, all intermingled. There was hollering in the kitchen, Manager(?) came out to pace and said that if “he isn’t going to work, throw him out!”. Door dash orders were all messed up. Tried to step to the front for my drink, the cashier mumbled that they didn’t have sweet tea like I ordered. They didn’t have ANY fountain/coke products. No fountain thing in the lobby to get my own. I was told fountain water, bottled water, or lemonade….but why let us order tea if they don’t have it? Ended up without our drink entirely, completely unhelpful.

Food was good. People were nice. Pricing was high, as always these days for a burger combo. Owner needs to invest in repairing the drive way. Beware of the potholes. Worst was the spilled and leaking trash dumpster. It smelled awful and looked totally unsanitary. A great way to enhance my hunger, NOT! Ronald McDonald would be embarrassed.
