I’ve reported the issue to McDonald’s and plan to report it to the local health department as well. I hope this is thoroughly investigated and corrective action is taken to prevent it from happening again. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable from such a well-known brand.
UPDATE: The reply that they’re leaving is automated. You can file a complaint and no one reaches out to follow up. Franchise not only nasty but also unprofessional
Ordered with the app and customized my Quarter Pounder and paid an extra 2.70+tax for the additions I wanted. Only to get home and find out that they didn’t give me the extras on my order.
Although the people who were working the windows were pleasant.
Waited forever in the drive-thru. Multiple cars left the line. When we ordered, we had to go over our order over and over because they couldn’t figure it out.
Realized they forgot our large sweet tea, so walked in to get it. There were probably 25 people standing in the lobby waiting. The self serve kiosk was down, half the people had already ordered and half were waiting, all intermingled. There was hollering in the kitchen, Manager(?) came out to pace and said that if “he isn’t going to work, throw him out!”. Door dash orders were all messed up. Tried to step to the front for my drink, the cashier mumbled that they didn’t have sweet tea like I ordered. They didn’t have ANY fountain/coke products. No fountain thing in the lobby to get my own. I was told fountain water, bottled water, or lemonade….but why let us order tea if they don’t have it? Ended up without our drink entirely, completely unhelpful.
