I ordered my secret indulgence, double quarter pounder add mayo sub diced onions. I don’t eat at McDonald’s regularly and it’s even more rare that I order my indulgent burger(way too many calories to eat even semi-regularly). On this visit it had been sometime since I had eaten anything from McDonald’s other than a milk shake. Somehow they managed to burn the quarter meat so badly (both patties) that there were hard, hard, hard, chunks of meat throughout the meat. Most of the meat was too hard to eat and it tasted really bad. Food gets 2 stars instead of one because my chocolate milk shake was as good as always. The service was good. The person taking the order over the headset did great. They didn’t ask, “is that all/anything else after every single item ordered, which is great. Most fast food places nowadays do that. (I understand why they try to speed up the ordering process, but if corporate or whoever decides the unreasonable time limit they have to take, make, and send out the food, 1. it wouldn’t make the customer feel rushed 2. It wouldn’t be added stress on the employees when they go over their allotted time 3. It would improve the overall customer/employee interaction.) The person who took my money read my order to make sure it was right and was nice and professional. The person handing out the food made sure we had straws, napkins, and sauce/ketchup! They appeared to be in a good mood and it was overall a positive interaction! It’s hard to judge the atmosphere of the whole restaurant from the drive through, but from the employees I encountered it’s at least average or above for the customer, but I’ve worked at McDonald’s and they do not treat their employees well at all.

Was actually quiet here. No mistake on our order. The entire place looked like it was spotless. The entire crew were working steadily to keep up with the wrap-around drive through-order line. Pleasant enough for our little 15 minute bite and out of there stop.

Store is one of the worst for order accuracy and customer service. I have not received a correct order from this location to date. My latest attempt saw me shorted nuggets out of a twenty piece order (8 in one box, 9 in the other), no dipping sauce provided, drink order incorrect, my son’s happy meal incorrect and the woman that delivered it dismissively waving me off and walking away when i attempted to bring it to her attention. The restaurant management has no desire to help in these situations all calls to the unit are forwarded to voice mail and never addressed. Feedback to McDonald’s Corporate also goes unanswered.I spent money and 6000 reward points at this store and will never do it again.

McDonald’s was hustling like a gathering of BUSY bees attracted to one beautiful flower in the mist of many bunches which is excellent for a local business in a small countryl town. But for the hungry patrons circling the two-lane drive through, not so good. But being the kind, understanding people we are, we patiently made it through and got our food to go. Oh yes, there were a few blowing their horns but they caught on quikly the line of vehicles weren’t moving any faster so hopefully a few people learned a lesson also! The apple pies were delicious and the caramel ice coffee hit the spot and soothed troubles far away!!! I would recommend this place to everyone. If you’re wondering what I am looking at on my last pic, I am checking to make sure my ingredients are in the right place on my burger and there’s nothing between the bun and the meat. This will help keep your burger hold together in one piece. Enjoy!!!

I order a filet meal each and every time I visit this McDonald’s, and each and every time I am very dissatisfied. The sauce is in the box, the filet pattie is not centered on the bun, the cheese is also everywhere, and lastly the bun has been hard on occasion .
