I ordered 2 quarter pounder meals both raw not just the middle almost the entire burger!! Most of one was eaten on way home bc it was dark inside vehicle and didn’t realize until we got home that it was RAW!!

Ordered 3 separate orders at 12:33AM… (receipt showed the time) paid for all 3, got to the 2nd window, they asked me to pull to the 3rd window. Didn’t give me any drinks or anything. I pulled up and sat there for about 5 minutes then a lady brought 1 bag of food and asked did we order the double quarter pounder, I told her we had 3 separate orders, And then said what mine was, and she said okay this is yours then. Handed it to me and went in the back. I heard some yelling coming from the kitchen. Then the lady came back to the window and asked if we had the receipts for the other 2 orders. We told her we had one and she said she can look the other one up. She also said she didn’t want them to tell me to pull up to the 3rd window. She went back in and I heard a lot more yelling. Then that same lady walked out with her stuff and walked off. Then me and my buddy walked in to check on his orders. By this time it was 1:04AM. There was also 2 other people inside doing the same thing. We were all trying to get our food. Then one of the other guys said something to one of the workers about getting us our orders and stop giving people at the window theirs cause we had already been waiting 30 minutes. She started arguing with him, then she turned around and answered her cell phone (very disrespectful) then he got his food and left and she walked to the back and started screaming, then she walked out. Then we had to keep telling the other 3 workers what all we were waiting on. It was 1:32AM when we finally got the other 2 orders. I will say the one guy working was real cool and was trying to help us as quickly as he could. One of the other girls working said she may quit too, we told her to be positive about everything. Then we left. My food was kinda cold cause it had been over 30 minutes since I got mine. But it shouldn’t have taken an hour to get our food. They were also telling people they were closed, when they weren’t supposed to close till 2AM. I feel like we should’ve gotten a refund along with our food since we had to wait so long and had all that going on too.

They’ve gotten way too expensive this particular McDonald’s only had one order board and people were slow and reluctant to help take my order at the counter

If I could give this place zero stars I would! It was absolutely horrible! From the food to the service. It was just disgusting! We waited almost an hour to get our food!! And my mother’s was sooooooo overcooked she couldn’t even eat it. It was just horrible!

McDonald’s is the busiest fast food chain in Grenada Ms. You have several ways to order your favorite meal here, walk-ins, drive thru, and on-line. Employees here work hard and very fast all day long, remember to tell them they are doing a great job!
