Hard to believe but yes there is a difference between different McDonald’s. This is one of the best. The staff is always attentive, the food always tastes fresh, the meat patties here are more flavorful than at other McDonald’s. I have been here many times and never disappointed

We ordered through the app… my husband went to pick it up and, of course they can’t find the order. He ends up inside and, they are yelling and being disrespectful!! Saying he has to reorder, he ends up reordering and, getting new food for them to throw out fries in the bag upside down!

I ordered online yesterday. When I went to pick my food up, the lady at the window asked me if I wanted to substitute my drinks for tea because the machine in the drive thru wasn’t working. I said no, can’t you make it in the lobby? The lady closed the window and “asked someone” if they could make it in the lobby. The response was “no” that I would have to come in and make it myself. I had to go in and make my own drinks and remind them not to forget my son’s Oreo mcflurry. I have been up there before and they asked me if I wanted to substitute the mcflurry for a mccafe drink because their machine wasn’t working for ice cream. I told them no, I would take a refund. A refund was refused, apparently they aren’t allowed to give them.
McDonald’s, at this point, has lost my business. My fries are cold often, long wait times when I order online, and now they can’t be bothered to have someone walk to the lobby to make a drink, just overall lazy workers. I wouldn’t want my name on the outside of the building.

Everytime I go to McDonald’s anywhere in the country the ice cream machine is always down why advertise your new peanut butter mcflurry on your outside billboard only reason I stepped foot into a McDonald’s is for the ice cream and I love peanut butter refunded my money went next door and got ice cream from Hardee’s sad part is McDonald’s has a state of art ice cream machine it cost a fortune to purchase

Well I order got to first window paid & got a twerk show …. ♂️ ♂️at 8:32 pm August 15 so let’s see if management address this definitely can tell dayshift from nights…. not busy but made it to window to get pulled up im the 3rd car pulled up its 8:40 got food ask for ranch snack wrap got a spicy. ♂️
