I have tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but this takes the cake! They gave my kids moldy smelling expired apples tonight. The time before that the gave us happy meals with no nuggets in the box…..after trying to call for 20 minutes with no answer I had to drive up there and it took someone 15 minutes to acknowledge I was standing there. Customer service is lacking bad and the expired food is it for me. My family will not be spending another dime at this store! If I was anyone else I would seriously think k about it. If the apples are expired and being served what else is?

Spend 30$ on an order I only spend 22$ on every time ! Same exact thing but actually lesser this time and still spent the same amount as if I was still feedings 3/4 people. For this to be the type of business it is knowingly busy ; much better service is needed . Mad about messing the order up then having to fix it ! The quality the professionalism is truly highly lacking ! I had just started going back but never again!

Drive thru / curb side service is horrible . If you don’t catch the mistake before you get all the way home – you have to drive all the way back to town because they WILL NOT answer the phone ! And when you drive back , and tell them they forgot half of your order – there is no apology or anything offers for your inconvenience! I had worked all night and stopped on the way home – after getting home I realized half my order was NOT there . I tried calling 5 times – no answer. So I had to drive an extra twenty miles round trip to get my food and the tall , lady manager didn’t even offer an excuse much less an apology , much less a free drink or anything for me having to drive back to town

Would not give out crème for coffee at the window only Splenda I know the weather is bad but that’s not right when someone asked for coffee, you should give them cream and sugar and a Stir stick to stir your coffee They just checked out they didn’t care

It’s ok for fast food. I’m not a huge fan of McDonald’s, but they have some very nice employees, and food seems to be fresh. Not a long wait, even if they are slammed. For a quick bite, it’s a good place to stop.

They were happy to fix any issues, but I almost always have a problem when I order any other time besides after 1 AM at night when I get off work. Food or drinks are usually wrong or missing items.

I want to thank every staff member there for tonight! You guys went above and beyond for me and my babies tonight. I tried calling up there to thank you guys for what you all done for me and my kids tonight. This is a night I’ll never forget. If there is any way that you guys can get your manager to contact me so I can get names. I would love to thank the ones that help me tonight. What an amazing sweet crew! I literally cried my eyes out after leaving! I didn’t a chance to thank you all personally. But would absolutely love to!
