There is often a line long here, but it almost always moves very fast. I haven’t been parked much to wait on food and when I have its been quick. Staff is very friendly. I continue to see a lot of the same staff when I come over years at a time, which tells me morale is high and employees enjoy working here and probably respect the management.

I ordered a McFlurry in the app and put it for drive thru instead of pick up inside and I stood at the counter for 15 min before anyone came and helped me then she told me that she couldn’t give me the order over the counter because it’s for drive through so I walked through the drive through(because our vehicle was to big to go through) and 3 or 4 workers saw us and never came and helped us they just laughed and when the lady came back to the window she handed me my McFlurry with me having to give the code or anything.when I got it the McFlurry wasn’t even mixed.

They had to come out to curbside to ask if I was the one waiting for my food before they brought out my orders. They ended up being cold. Fry boxes were not full as they should have been as well.

The kiosk is an issue or the employees lack of attention to the order. Tried to use the kiosk, was missing sauce and drink. Asked for the drunk was handed a cup. Go get the drink ordered it is out (unsweetened tea). Stand at the counter and it’s like you are invisible tried to get employee’s attention they only handed out orders by number. After 4 minutes left a cup of ice on the counter and rolled out. Won’t be back. Better luck at a gas station.
