Food is okay but not at that level. Coffee of ordered hot also comes with cold molk and nothing good. Need to be update this properly it should be proper hot. And sometimes kiosk is an issue and no reciept can be found. No proper service or understand what is the order.

Holy cow; stay away! I’ve been to a lot of McD’s and this is the worst ever! We stopped off of the highway to grab a a burger. 35min later we were back on our way . Food was good. Service horrible.

They either tell you they’re closed after you ordered on the app, or you will sit there for 30 minutes and still not get what you ordered. On the off chance they actually give you the correct order, it will either be old food or raw. Worst McDonald’s I have ever been too. Consistently.

We waited for a min before anyone even took our order in the drive thru we were just about to pull away, couldn’t understand what they were saying and they were not nice basically, they were laughing and joking amongst themselves when they came to the window to take our money it was quick and fast and unprofessional with little to no customer service. But then again thats why I no longer frequent McDonald’s unless my options are few to none. Customer service and food has really gone down over the years but that is in most industries .

This is the 4th time in a row Ive come to this location and was disappointed. The fries are ALWAYS old and i have to ask (nicely ofc) to remake them fresh it’s getting tiring. I got nuggets this time and they were stale and i could tell they have been sitting out for a while. My husband had the same problem last week and previous times. He’s highly allergic to tomatoes and requested they not give him any and they still did luckily he checked it before he ate it. He’s not confrontational so he just went somewhere else. The service is horrible and no one actually cares about what the customers order as long as they get the order out. Someone is always on their phone in the window or on a phone call. We are always rushed to order and they get an attitude if we’re not fast enough. Especially using the app. No one seems to want to be there or do their job properly.

I ordered the 5 for $5 deal from the app today. The fries were mainly little giblets, the double cheeseburger was good, the ice was melted in my drink when I got it, and they didn’t include the sauce I requested for my nuggets. Overall I was not pleased with the food. The watered down drink, pieces of fries, and the no sauce was lack of service. Just not pleased at all.

I ordered a spicy DELUXE (add sliver onions and I DID NOT get it) combo and my sandwich came as a mcchicken. It isn’t fresh AT ALL, but my fries were. I didn’t appreciate the service today when they had a lot of people in there and it shouldn’t have been a reason my sandwich wasn’t fixed correctly or fresh.

If you ask for hot coffee it should be “hot”. They gave me the coffee cold and even make me wait I was happily waiting thinking I’ll be getting hot and fresh coffee but instead of that I got cold and awful coffee. Don’t waste your money on them.

Lady at the window 1/20/25 at 6 pm was so rude to the customer in the lane beside use while ordering and was immediately rude with me before even getting my order. Just drove off. Not worth the confrontation

Update: apparently, I can’t make a new review, but I wanted to tell everyone that this McDonalds is FULL OF BLACK MOLD! The employees are mostly children who do not even know how to break down the tea jugs or ice cream and coffee machines. The ice machine is caked in black mold and they still give customers ice out of it . I’m so disgusted knowing I’ve taken my kids here to eat. DO NOT GO HERE! You will be sick!!!!
Absolutely terrible service here. There was no caramel, hazelnut, or whipped cream. We paid extra for all this stuff in the drinks with no refund. We had all our drinks switched to mocha. We made it home and there was a fly in one of the drinks!! I drove all the way back, and the employees were rude about having to remake the drink. I asked for a side of slivered onions and Mac sauce (pictured), and they barely put anything in them. The tartar sauce was in the box instead of on the filet-o-fish (pictured). The hamburger (pictured) was supposed to have extra pickles, and there is barely any sauce on it. I was not rude and did nothing to warrant rude behavior from the employees. This was a ridiculous experience, and these employees should be dealt with. This is not my first time dealing with rude employees at this location.
