Had to get a refund today for 1 of 2 mobile orders. Went through drive-through, they pulled us up immediately, served about 3 cars after us, pulled up another 3. Brought out 1 of 2 orders.
The 20 piece they brought us is clearly reheated, you can tell by the color of the nuggets, the extra grease in the box and bag, and the super flat extra crispness that is almost impossible to chew.
Had to get a refund for the other order, it was never brought to us. The person inside bagging the orders seemed like he was purposely messing up orders, just to see who would say something to him.
It seems as though nobody wants to do the jobs that they signed up for -or- certain customers are being treated in a way that they shouldn’t.

I don’t know what they’ve done with the button for the deluxe double quarter pounder with bacon and cheese but nobody can seem to find it and when they try to manufacture a deluxe Double Quarter Pounder with cheese it always comes out wrong and you have to go back and get it fixed. And even when they do make it the way it’s put in the system it never comes out like a deluxe Double Quarter Pounder with cheese. It is not just this location but every McDonald’s nowadays

We stopped here on our way back from Florida to Oklahoma. So an 18 Hour road trip. I am sure my patience is gone, but after we ordered. It took them over 30 minutes to get our food ready. It took them 32 minutes to be exact. What’s bad all we ordered was 3 happy meals and one large french fry. If you are in a hurry, I do not recommend stopping at this McDonald’s. This McDonalds would be out of business if there were any other options around here.

I can say the service is better than it’s been in a long time but I was done the same way the last time that was here its my fault for not looking at it before I walked out again paying a dollar for cheese that I did not get if I had a dollar for every time I got done Dirty by McDonald’s I would at least have and probably $5,000 now

Thanks for the friendly service. Everything was correct and fresh including the pies. My husband hates to self order so it was nice not to get attitude about having to order at the register. Thanks so much for being the highlight of a day stuck in winter traffic on the road!

The manager is rude. Looks at you like you’re trash if you want extra anything. Like damn, I’ll pay for it if it’s that rough. No point in ordering any size other than a small, that’s all they’re going to give you anyway. The fry was a large btw.

if i could give 0 stars i would. lady at window was rude as hell and have no one in the drive thru besides me and one truck. truck got one meal. and i got two SANDWHICHES. not even a full meal and we both get pulled up? came here to eat some food after driving 10 hours. worst mcdonald’s i’ve EVER been too.

I’ve waited one hour for one breakfast sandwich. The lines are backed up outside. People in the lobby just sit down because no one is at the front cash register to even greet them. Most people just turn around and walk away. This place is gives no common courtesy to people waiting on their food. They steadily making other orders while forgetting about yours. This place really needs to be shut down or management needs to get it together. This is ridiculous!

I placed order online around 2:50 am. I drove 12 mins from my home just for the guy at the drive thru to tell me he is the only one and that he can not even look at the menu right now. I go inside to see if I can pick it up inside, but he’s telling people that he’s unable to place orders and that he has made the last of his orders. I wished someone would have called before I drove all the way up here.
