I was having my mouth set on a McChicken. The young lady gave me two big Macs. Some in my heart told me to return it so I did and asked the young lady could I get a free fry for my good Samaritan skills. The shift leader or manager whose a female walked up to the window a second later and asked me for a receipt. I was clearly confused cause why would anyone give a McChicken back over 2 big Macs. So when the lady brought me my McChicken it didn’t have my fry I felt some type of way. I guess it was so busy noone gave a flat about the good. Might as well keep the big Macs n just gave my receipt.

Evening shift is full of young kids that don’t know what they’re doing. How can it be fast food if i order one fish sandwich and have to wait in the reserved spot for over 10 minutes for it? I could understand if my order was big but one item should be ready soon as I’m done paying.

I went to Cleveland Mississippis McDonalds early this morning and it was the single handed WORST experience at a fast food place Ive ever had. Deplorable customer service. We pulled in around 4am after driving all night trying to find anywhere to eat and came onto this abomination of a restaurant. In hindsight, i wish i would have kept on driving. we pulled in and parked, made a mobile order and pulled through to get it. i paid 23 on the app just to be told they were closed in a sing-songy sarcastic voice, even tho online and on the app says their open 24/7. Confused and annoyed, i asked how do i go about getting my money back and the woman on speaker acted like she didnt care either way if my money was refunded. she actually laughed while she told. I am a general manager at a fast food restaurant and if i had ANY of the people working for me like yall have working in cleveland mississippi i would just close the store down!!! The manager on duty should be ashamed to allow such mess to happen. Just flat out refusing sales!!!! I wish i would have never stopped, what a joke!
