Rolled through this McDonald’s on my way home. Pass it all the time between Memphis and my house. Went through the Drive through to get my wife some ice cream on Tuesday around 5 pm. I asked for a cup of ice with the ice cream. Lady at the Window straight up said, “we don’t have ice anymore.” I repeated the same sentence, “you don’t have ice anymore?”. She said yep. I know it is a bold lie because what are you putting in your customers drink? I will definitely not be stopping here anymore. Go to the Jack in the Box next door.
