I typically avoid posting reviews unless I feel it is truly necessary, but after several disappointing experiences at this location, I believe feedback is warranted.

Unfortunately, this McDonald’s has consistently struggled with accuracy, timeliness, and customer service. On multiple visits, I have received incorrect orders, and when issues arose, management did not appear responsive or engaged. A particularly frustrating example was when I ordered several hash browns separately; despite the simplicity of the order, I was asked to pull forward and then waited over 10 minutes, only to receive items that were neither hot nor complete.

Additionally, basic items such as napkins or straws are often missing unless specifically requested, and even then, the response from staff can feel dismissive. While most of the front-line employees seem to be doing their best within the circumstances, it appears that management oversight and processes are the root cause of these recurring issues.

From a quality standpoint, the food itself can be satisfactory when the order is correct and timely, but too often items are missing or delayed, making it difficult to enjoy the meal as intended. For this reason, I would rate the food experience as 1 star, the service as 2 stars, and the atmosphere as 1 star, primarily due to the lack of attentiveness and professionalism.

I have attempted to contact the store and corporate offices in the past but have not received any response. It is my hope that this location takes the feedback seriously and works toward improving management accountability, customer service, and basic order accuracy. McDonald’s is a trusted brand, and customers should be able to expect consistency and care at every visit.

I placed my order Freon this location Saturday night. On my McDouble, I asked for extra onion. As you can see, my onion, meat and buns were burned. I also ordered a hot & spicy McChicken with EXTRA LIGHT mayo. My chicken sandwich looked as if they dumped the whole jar/ bag of mayo on my sandwich. My husband had the to cheeseburger meal and one of his burger had hair in it and the other was completely burned. My children Big Mac meals had more special sauce and lettuce then meat and bread. And when I called to speak with someone about my complaints, they hung up in my face and when I called back, they had taken the phone off the hook. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN

Stopped here during my road trip and everything was quick and convenient. The staff was friendly, and the order came out hot and fresh. I got a classic combo and the fries were crispy—exactly what you hope for at McDonald’s.

The dining area was clean, and the service was surprisingly fast even though there were several people ahead of me. This location is easy to access from the highway, which makes it a good stop for travelers who need a quick bite or a break.

Overall, a reliable and smooth experience. I would stop by again on the next long drive.

Pulled up to the window. Only person in line. Few minute later guy comes on and says “one minute”. Another person pulled up in the second lane after about 10 minutes. 5 more minutes (15 for me) waiting to order. Keep in mind the store was empty. There was nobody in the line. And it was only 10:30. When they FINALLY come on. They go directly to the other person. And they start ordering a huge order. I left at that point. I was pissed.

Where McDonald’s ever I went in there and my food was not ready for a whole hour came back and still was not ready after two hours. My food was firmly ready. Also would have tried to order it through online. It took them 30 minutes to deliver my food even though I’m right beside McDonald’s their service is poor. They need to be faster.

Terrible experience!!! Just ordered fries and wraps. 30 mins later, still waiting on one of the wraps. Employees yelling at each other over the microphone while somewhat trying to take my order… employees yelling at each other through the drive thru window. Will not come back to this one or the one on Church Road

I went in and ordered from the kiosk for a to-go order and after waiting 30 minutes I still had to explain what I ordered. Seems like everyone was too busy letting people walk in and out from behind the counter to actually see the lobby was full of people waiting.

“No pickles no onions”

Only change I make and they can never get it right.

Not the first time this has happened but so much that ive had to check my food constantly after leaving.

Tonight I didnt, went home, pickle and onion was waiting for me.

$13 meal for them to get it wrong, wild.
