Inside service is terrible 10 minutes to get someone to take an order then gave cups to the drink machine they knew was messed up so they had to give us new cups and drinks from the back after standing there for 15 minutes. Took about 35 minutes to get half cooked fries and cold burgers. Not to mention the guy behind me said he was waiting outside for over 20 minutes for the order they messed up and the worker who was on break trying to order her own food and needed a code from the manager and she wouldn’t come up front to help . Absolute crappy service and food.

It took almost 10 for someone to answer the speaker for the car in front of me! So I thought as long as they’re taking my food would be fresh, boy was i wrong! Fries and nuggets were like rubber! And then little fella at windows wasn’t going to fill my cup all the way! Just throw the whole restaurant away!

HERE IN RIPLEY MISSISSIPPI. The NEW general manager of the store is more worried about drive through and is rude to people who pay with cash at the register inside demanding people us the kiosks when they order on the kiosks but still need to pay in cash you have to wait 30 to 40 minutes before they send someone to the register to cash you out. I’ve worked at a mcdonalds and there is no reason to be rude to customers even when your doing two people’s job’s because you’re short staffed. To Top that the kiosks don’t even work so how are customer’s supposed to use the kiosks if they are down. She also treats her staff horribly blaming them for anything that happens as a customer you can hear her yelling at her employees in the main lobby. This is completely uncalled for and makes people not want to come to Ripley MS Mcdonalds. This never happened when Ms.Shirley was here.

It’s a run of the mill McDonald’s. I usually only eat breakfast in there but I think it’s ridiculous that they only give one syrup per order of pancakes. Every other McDonald’s I go to at least give you 2. And usually they wait on the drive thru more than inside customers

For you own good don’t eat here. The staff is slow and lazy. The 5 star reviews are form them or friends. I saw five people from the drive thru come in because they could not get the order right. My food was dried out and missing pickels. The fries were cold but I did want to ask for more bc I already waited 20 mins for my food. I didn’t have an hour for new fries. And the manager was making jokes and behaving unprofessional the whole time.

4 of my 10 chicken nuggets were raw in the middle because someone did not care enough to separate them in the fryer. Even though it was obvious by appearance they were raw, they decided to give them to me anyway. Come on guys. Disappointed and very dissatisfied!
