the good is always good if you get it all. they will short you. terrible attitudes all the way around. food is always just shoved to you and treat you like you like they are mad at you. happens every time. I say ty, no response, I say have a good day, no response. window is closed right after the eye roll. if you eat here just don’t expect anything other than your food. being nice cost nothing but they just cant.and check your bag, it’s probably short.

Everyone here is super nice. It’s the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The food is always hot and I don’t think I’ve ever had an order missing something or made incorrectly.

Marks Mississippi McDonald’s is great!. I travel to a rehab in Mark’s to visit my son about 5 days a week. I often stop there to pick up a shake for my son. They always are courteous, efficient, and quick to send a smile your way. You go, girls, you are doing an awesome job!

Food was ok when the previous manager was there but now the food is always cold and just plain gross! My daughter got a milkshake the other day and it was like milk with no ice cream as soon as she received it. She went in and ordered so she watched them make it. They proceeded to give it to her that way with no concern. She also got fries and hands down the nastiest EVER!! One more thing, every time I have tried to order an iced vanilla latte their machine is always down!! ” Do not recommend”

I arrived at McDonalds in Marks,MS at 10:36p on 10-15-23. When I arrived , the entrance door was locked. The sign on the door says they are open until 11:00p. I saw cars in the drive-thru so I got in line. After being in line for almost 10 minutes, the car in front of me placed their order. I pulled up to the speaker and sat there for 10 minutes waiting to place my order. During this time, 4 more cars had gotten in line behind me. No one took my order. No one said “we are closed”. I walked around to the drive thru window to be told their headsets were off. If you are going to say you are open until 11, then be open. I can’t help your employees didn’t want to do their jobs until closing, but I can help that I won’t be going back there, and I hope others follow my lead.

Found hair in my food twice. This restaurant gets worse and worse. I definitely will not be back to this one.

I got through the drive-thru in 3 minutes, my food was exactly what I ordered and it was possibly the freshest McDonald’s breakfast I’ve ever had. I was really looking forward to treating myself with a quick bite and this hit the spot. Thank y’all.

They are NEVER NOT BUSY. I have never been greatest with less than a big smile, told to have a great day, and always professionally looking staff. Very clean restaurant. You can eat in or drive thru. DONT GET FOOLED BY THINKING IT IN A GAS STATION BC THEY MAKE MANY OTHER MCDONALD’S LOOK SHAMEFUL. MANAGERS ALWAYS TELLING STAFF THEYBARE DOING A GOOD JOB ANF THAT MEANS ALOT.
