I came in at 3:15 AM ordered on the mobile app 2 spicy McChicken‘s a large fry and a small drink and got denied service because they said they were serving breakfast instead of lunch 1 hour early. And when I asked if they could change the menu so I could see the breakfast items a worker name Megan rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders and walked away while the “manager” Tammy said no we have no control over that all I know that they had for breakfast was a McChicken biscuit cause that’s the only thing she was trying to give me. Asked me to cancel my order on the app so I no longer got the deal from the app and then when I asked her if she could honor another coupon for breakfast because I could not use it for another 15 minutes she said no she could not do anything for me. I even called before I drove all the way there to make sure they were open and was not told they were only serving breakfast when the app would only let me order dinner food. I feel this is unacceptable and I will be reaching out to the owner as soon as I can.

It is supposed to be 24 hours. The app says it serves dinner until 4am. However, I have been to this location multiple times between 3-4am and it not be open. If they are going to shut down daily at this time please modify the hours to reflect so or open the store.

The drive thru claims to be 24/7 but upon arrival the drive thru was blocked off and I could visibly see workers hiding in the back. I also called the store with no response. Some 24/7 service.

They will literally steal your money. Do not give them your app info. They charged my family for a sandwich that we did not receive when we tried to get a free coffee on the app. Literally didn’t buy anything because they were out of coffee, and they charged us. Criminal except the amount isn’t big enough for any action.

Randomly close their lobby before 8pm on a Sunday and have to wait in a mile long line in the drive thru while dealing with rude managers. It’s always something with this location. Horribly ran with a few nice employees and zero leadership. They need to fix alot here.

Don’t recommend unless you want to wait 30 minutes for drinks they can’t give you and refuse to give you in the size you ordered. Lady in brown jacket refused to let me have my coffee in the large I had ordered it. Even while I was there I could overhear her being rude with other customers. Highly don’t recommend
