This is the worst McDonald’s you can go, employees are rude and the little old lady that says she’s the manager is even worse,I ordered a large coffee and I asked for it to be hot, instead the lil employee brings me a cold coffee and argues with me that it was just freshly made and it’s hot which was a lie, then the little old lady manager comes and says that was a hot coffee,no it wasn’t,then they finally decided to brew a new pot and of course that was hot and the way coffee should be served,the first cup was nothing like the second so please tell me why lie if your the manager,all that cause your to damn lazy to brew a fresh pot….ps if you’re the manager then you should know customers always right smile try to make him happy and get them on their way not sitting there and try to argue with them.. pathetic, and this is not the first time more like the third that’s why I requested it to be hot add fresh

We use the drive-thru. I have to say the service does seem to be getting better, praise God. The food on the other hand still needs some work. They still have some work getting orders out correctly on special orders. They are also wrapped sloppy and when the food is bagged they don’t care if the items are sideways and spilling out of the box or dripping all the sauces from the burgers to one side and all over the buns and boxes or wrappers. It all makes a big impression and also effects the how the food the tastes.

Had to repeat my order at least three times before they could get it correct. Had to wait on two cups of coffee for at least 15 minutes. We watched other people get theirs ahead of us. Had to go ask for it. Finally got it- we had already finished eating. Sad…..

I’m a truck driver parking here for the night went to McDonald’s to get a meal on Christmas Eve and was told I couldn’t get a meal unless I drove through the drive-through. It’s Christmas Eve really people rude obnoxious people they turned the lights on. They turned the lights off on everybody in the dining room and told him to get out kick them out then told me I had to drive through the drive-through with my truck. You can’t do that with the same like 80 for long very rude people if I were you I’d go to Hardin’s. I walked over there got my meal and was treated with kindness. Far cry for what McDonald’s is screw McDonald’s.

Very dirty very disgusting. This place needs to be shut down the workers do not wear proper health protection. I’ve seen an employee use the bathroom and go right out without washing his hands. Food orders in the drive-through are rarely correct and if you try to have them do something custom they will, but in a bad way with stale buns or burnt patties out of pettiness. It’s a shame working a long day and trying to grab a quick snack and you can’t even have your order right it has happened long enough over the last five years. I am saying something.. I hope the health department looks into this place today I witnessed the cashier lady picking her nose and then grabbed my drink to try to give it to me when I asked for a refund I was turned away.

Most the time I go through the drive thru. It is fast friendly service and always get you in and out. There workers could be a little more customer friendly but other than that it is great!

Waited and waited Noone bothered to come take our order. One employee even walked right past us and did not even bother to take our order. They obviously didn’t need our business. We left went to Wendy’s they were amazing.
