Easy McDonald’s. Ordered thru the app for pick up in the drive thru.
Store was busy but they got us in and out in quick time. Order had customization and was correct.

This was a pretty good McDonald’s in Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee. I went on a busy afternoon. There were plenty of staff making the process of ordering quick and helpful. The place is pretty small, and it was fairly clean when I went. Prices are surprisingly high here.

this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. It’s the worst management I’ve ever seen, it takes 15 minutes to get anything from this place. Every employee is rude. And good luck getting anything in cash because no one is at the front counter. They will see you, stare at you, and ignore you. not to mention that the bathrooms are disgusting, Dirty floors, and not to mention my food was raw. yes RAW. i will never be eating hear again and i highly advise everyone else to not go near this place.

terrible. Me and my daughter went on saturday and You can hear grow managers using foul language, and talk bad about the teenage workers. My food was incorrect. My fries were cold, burger was supposed to be no onion no ketchup no pickle, and it came with everything on it, I got a dr pepper instead of a diet coke. and my mcflurry was not blended fully. the servers were so rude, including the managers. I countinusly heard foul langauge and my 6 year old daughter could hear it. I am beyond disappointed in this store and will not be returning.

Worst Mcds ever. Walked in, sticky floors, trash on tables and floor. Smells like homeless people.
Issues with kiosk to order (and they were very stick too like kids wiped their nasty hands all over). Waited 10 minutes to get assistance even though EVERY employee looked directly at me and never asked if I needed assistance.
No one at the front counter and refused to take my order at front counter.
After receiving the order left and checked my bag in my vehicle. Issue with simple order. Went through the drive thru. Kid at the 2nd window heard me out and got a replacement.
Handed me my bag. VERY VERY poor attitude from start to finish. I let him know too and blankly stared at me and slammed the window.
For this mcd being in Mt. “Pleasant” it wasn’t very pleasant…

I live in Mt. Pleasant and go here every so often. I feel like kids are mainly the ones working. I see a lot of negative comments. Maybe a few older employees can come in a train the younger ones a better work ethic. Not knocking anyone. But feel a better service provided can be with kids older then 17. JMO

I visited this location on my lunch break ordered a small meal and things were missing.I was told because I couldn’t come back immediately that there was very little they could do and then hung up the phone. (who can leave work a second time to correct someone else’s job?) If I came to your establishment and ate food and didn’t pay for it, you would call it stealing what is it called when you pay for something and then you do not receive goods paid for?

The later in the day, the worse your experience will be. By far the most uncoordinated & unmotivated McDonalds restaurant in this region. Instructions are optional here, so you MUST check your own food prior to leaving. Otherwise, your double cheeseburger will be a plain chicken sandwich when you get home.

I’m doing three stars because I go five to six days out of the week and More than half of those times my fries are always dumped out in my bag or Happy meal….can we please learn how to place the items in the bag without dumping the fries out!
