Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! Quarter pounder was decent, fries were soggy and non-salty. Lady at the register was rude and not friendly at all. I’ll go hungry before stopping here again!

This has happened all to many times at this restaurant. I place my order wait and when I receive it something is wrong. Then when I try to get it resolved with a manager they cop an attitude and try to flip it on me as it was my fault. I recently had an experience where I ordered my regular order a big Mac extra sauce and small fries to go. Well when my order arrived after the wait I opened it to check and had no fries. Then I checked my burger and was amazed to find they took the middle bun out laid it on top and crushed the rest together. I immediately took it to the so called manager. His explanation was well the big Mac get three buns. Disgusted I said just give me my fries. The kid who was there said he would but they are presently to hot and I might burn myself. So a ten minute order wound up being a twenty two minute stay. Then I got around to calling a couple days later to complain. The manager I spoke to didn’t seem to care about my situation at all and said out of the blue if I was angry she didn’t have to listen to me. The reason I’m posting this is if this was the first time I would let it go. But over the years it’s happened so many times to me. Someone needs to be made aware of this stores service maybe by reading this or my call to corporate will set some guidelines for them. But I’m done with this restaurant for good this time ..

This location continues to go down in service. If you are fortunate to get your order while in the drive through, it takes 4-5 minutes. The last couple of weeks, we have had to pull into a spot and wait.

Really depends on when I come here. Today the kids behind the counter were rude. Took 10mins for someone to take my order. Then they doubled the fries in a happy meal (no apples) without asking. Then they brought us our meal with no fries and no explanations. They they bring out the fries and they taste like they dumped the whole salt container on them. Not to mention when I go to eat somewhere I dont need to over hear the manager telling an employ that they are backed up, under staffed and making $1000 an hour.
This is the 2nd bad review I have done on this McDonald’s. Last time it was almost a year before I came back!

Blake is a very enthusiastic young man. I have NEVER in my life and I’m 54 years old, seen an employee of McDonald’s clean as well as that young man. He definitely needs to be recognized as an excellent employee. He even went above and beyond for us even at such a late time…. right before lobby was closing.

This is one of the most unfriendly McDonald s I have ever witnessed..the workers are VERY rude and not customer friendly… my mom couldn’t hear the girl on the intercom so a guy starts taking our order and is RUDE, as the 2 were talking to each other .. they need to be a little more patient with their elders … when we were waiting on our food the guy came out just handed my mom her order and he asked her if she could move her car.. who does that .. didn’t even have time to put her car in Drive.. yall need to do better McDonald’s , at Parkers Crossroads Tennessee By I40

Love this McDonald’s as they do an amazing job on frappes. Only thing that could be better is speed of service. When you preorder on the app and still have to wait 10min it’s not ideal.

Absolutely mortified with the service I just received. Guy at register was more worried with playing with a rubber band then taking my order accurately. Tried 3 times to get the order right and they tried charging me for their mistakes. Manager was of no help and completely incapable of handling the situation. An absolute disgrace.
