Ez drive thru. Order was wrong. They gave it to the person in front. Replied ..oh well you’ll have to wait now and for your missed pie we didnt charge you so you will have to go back around.
Burger bun was stale, no onions on the first one. 2nd one was also stale and cold temp.

The food was cooked and made well but care to the French fries would be nice! Ordered a large got about half of that and had to go up and complain about it..they made it right but the whole point is it should have been done correctly the first time not hope they don’t notice or don’t care…with prices how they are we expect as customers not only our order correctly done but filled correctly also…

It’s filthy; both restaurant part and restrooms. 3″ of ice at entrance. I realize there was snow/ice storm but it’s been a week. Manager has had time to clear the ice. It’s dangerous. Parking lot has been plowed. Loud beeping noise entire time there.

First off. The “lady” that took my order I couldn’t understand. Then after about a 5 min wait I finally order and I get home to a half a large fry dumped in the bag. Order was correct technically 2 double cheeseburgers Just half of a large order of fries and no straw. And as I was sitting in the drive though I could hear laughing and one employee walked by coughing like crazy. Another outside on the phone. All while people are waiting for their food. Both inside and out. If that’s what I considered a large fry I would dump it in the bottom to get away with it too.

I think the McDonald’s corporate people would be disappointed in this location. We had not had sandwiches from a McDonald’s in several years, but found this one convenient on a road trip. The employees seemed somewhat disinterested, but we did not have to wait very long to have our order taken, and we received our food quickly. However, the bathroom was dirty, the floors in the restaurant part were nasty, and the drink area had few choices and several spit out almost straight carbonated water. My husband went with tea because of the drink machine and I was able to get a Coke Zero from the fountain. I would avoid visiting this location on future trips.

You have to argue with staff about what you ordered, even though your receipt shows what you order. On of the young lady looked so high and couldn’t get the order right. I only order coffee. It was only 1 McDonald’s in town. I stop going there.

They don’t serve what’s on the menu. I get it, stuff stops being sold, but don’t have it on the menu, if you’re not going to serve it. Not only that, but there was 10 cars waiting on the side for their meals, and they kept putting more and more people off to the side. It took 20 mins for most of the cars to be served that had already been waiting.

Well i had to wait or pull forward and wait for my food. After all that this is what i got in the form of a LARGE FRIES! Just saying give me what i pay for. Im not rich. Im not poor.
