Customer service is this one 5’6 skinny adorable little Greek or otter wouldn’t call Twink and great time in life to me either way but I think it’s appropriate for you guys to be able unless we are fully aware that the inside is a good idea good experience with a lot to do that I have no choice for a while now but I’m not sure what to tell attendent at least 20 minutes ago I guess it’s the dude that was just trying to keep up with each other’s partners for the past and they have to be done when I’m not sure if they’re not going expect anything else would have to be driven through not here one don’t turn into the out and watch for backing up cars that didn’t realize you had right away

Black girl in chevy s10 around 9:45 thursday sept 18 2025. Ordered the quarter pounder meal and asked for my fries to be fresh. They said they would cook them fresh. Also asked for bbq sauce. All yall did was redip the fries in that oil. I use to work in fast food & those fries were not cooked to order. & didn’t even get my bbq sauce like i asked for. Shit is too high in today’s economy. I will be contacting corporate.

The Fries are consistently old every time I have gone the past few months, also if you go through drive-thru check your receipt if you get the $6 meal deal because I was just upcharged for a larger drink on my order that I -DID NOT- ask for, and while yes it was only 30 cents, in my opinion, I was robbed of that 30 cents by this location, as it was tacked onto my bill without consent.

Got a Double Quarter Pounder Deluxe. The bread was stale and fell apart when I picked it up and my meat patty was raw and pink in the middle. I always order no salt fries because if I don’t they will be cold. 2 large fries and both were less than half full.

Well I just left there and I specifically asked for no pickles on one of the sandwiches I ordered due to an allergy, but apparently that doesn’t matter to the people who work there. Food allergies are not something to be played with as you can do serious harm to people. Please train your staff and your managers to be more aware of food allergies before you make someone extremely sick or even worse you kill them!

I have gotten the same breakfast for the last 3weeks and for the last 3weeks it has.been wrong. I have tried calling the store but they want answer the phone and I am disabled and live to far to have to turnaround and come back to try to make them correct their mistake. If they can’t tell the difference in a “spy egg McMuffin” but I keep a “sausage egg and cheese”. Now anyone who is an expediter should know what they are putting in the bags for the customer. And the reason for not answering the phones is they don’t give anyone their receipts so that they can’t complain. We will be going back for quite a while I’m sure but I wanted to let everybody know so you can hopefully learn from our mistake
