I asked for NO LETTUCE, NO MAYONNAISE, EXTRA PICKLE. Went through drive-thru and they put large amounts of mayonnaise on my sandwich to the point I couldn’t eat it let alone pick it up. Came inside asked politely to just get extra pickle, manager hands me this. Just sad, never will go again especially when ya’ll can’t get a $2 sandwich made properly. Coming from someone that works fast food, do better!!! Only good thing about this visit was the outstanding respect and service from Naomi on front counter, if only the actual employees making the food were this way also.

Took my wife and kids for lunch today. After they brought the food to us I began unpacking my 4 year olds happy meal. After giving him his burger and fries noticed something in the bottom of his happy meal that didn’t look normal. It was a full freaking cigarette in my child’s happy meal. Can’t began to describe how unhappy I am about this.

Yall need to wear some hair nets! Me and my girlfriend’s food both had hair in it. NASTY! Customer service was bad besides the older woman with gray hair, she was nice.

I have waited over 30 mins for my food not even been brought to the table. Instead I rather wait and let it get cold on the counter when I order to be brought to the table.

Very rude, short and unpleasant ladies taking orders and money. Burgers and chicken are cold and most of the time and you have to “wait for them to be cooked”. The ice cream machine is never working. It doesn’t matter what time of day you go.

Asking for a FRESHLY cooked double quarter pound burger is like asking for a piece of fried chicken at a vegan restaurant. I have asked for cook-to-order for the past three visits and have received a dry and crusty set of meat patties. I have theories to the reasons why i can’t get a decent burger ,which i will list. 1) If they are indeed freshly cooked, then the cooks need training on how not to over-cook meat. 2) I am being given old patties, passed off as freshly cooked with no cares given, and no pride taken in the product that is being served on purpose. 3) Proper supervision is not being met to ensure quality product in all areas of the production line. I don’t pretend to know which scenario fits, but common sense would dictate that it could be a combination of more than one, if not all, of the scenarios. Something should and must be done to improve this vast deficiency as it is the main product line of this fast food chain. I hope this review reaches the right person to correct the problem. Thanks for your time.

Check your bag. Whether Curbside or Drivethru check it. They have left out fries, burgers, pies… They get busy and I understand but its happened probably 10 times this year.

Went here to get a 10 piece nugget and a fry. Ended up waiting 30 minutes for our food then when we got it it was cold. If you want fast food I would go somewhere else.

People were walking out because they had waited over 15 minutes without even being acknowledged until they walked out, by then it was too late for breakfast.
And now you don’t have to worry about my family ordering no more through the app since now, ALL OF A SUDDEN YOU HAVE TO HAVE THE PHONE THAT PLACED THE ORDER PRESENT…. what? Since when? My whole family has ordered many different times off the app and only shared the code for someone else to pick up, but now today you can no longer do that? Why do I feel like that was a lie because the manager and crew couldn’t keep up with NOTHING.. NOT EVEN GREETING CUSTOMERS… THIS PLACE HAS BECOME THE WORST PLACE EVER.. THEY TRAIN CREW TO BE SHORT HATEFUL AND DISMISSIVE … The Kenworthy’s need to worry more about the horrible store they’ve created than the Almighty dollar they’re gonna lose due to consistent poor service and quality.
