Service is friendly, helpful & quick 85% of the time & the location on stage rd usually has working ice cream/frappe machine!
Atmosphere is good, quiet, clean & pleasant to be in.
Drive thru is speedy & rarely have to “pull forward” & wait, but it is crowded around lunch hour

Usually this location is on point. Not today!! I asked for no cheese got all the way home & this is what I got. Thanks a lot $17 such a waste. People dont have money to waste like that. Do better! I went to this Restaurant and everyone is polite they speak everything is great. Ms. Jackie is the general manager. She is absolutely amazing. I love how she runs this McDonald’s. You do not have to wait a long time for them to help you

It has been a good minute since I stop at a McDonald’s. I was pleasantly surprised. I did need help with the kiosk. The cashier came right over. I placed my order. I got my cup and got some tea. The tea was brewed perfectly. She brought me my order within minutes of placing it. MT FRIES WERE HOT! Great experience.

Having an attitude because you’re working lane #2 and not lane #1 is crazy. Then checking out mobile order without confirming with the customer while continuously arguing is crazy. Then to get home and the food be trash-tastic is diabolical. Customer service is dead. These children need guidance. Because grace and patience will only better their chances in life.

I could understand sending someone to the the #1 Bay to wait if there was a line, but there was no line. this is just lazy!! The next person got sent to the #2 Bay. That means your team isn’t ready for anything. While I understand cutting time for the drive-thru, I also understand the inability to figure it out. This isn’t a one time thing. I hope and wish you well on your endeavor. You’re gonna need it with this staf.

I waited in the lobby for over half an hour for my food, and when I finally got it they said nothing about the wait. When I asked what can they do about it, the manager took my food and offered a refund and said that I could order it again and they’ll remake it. So now here I am 40 minutes later without any food cause there is no way I’m waiting another half hour

Whoever is supposed to run the drive thru is awful. Used to be really fast until the last 2 weeks. Today they didn’t help left side of drive thru at all cars just drove off

As many McDonald’s as lve been to in and out, you might as well shut down the outer drive thru at 0845 , bc they checkout order guy doesn’t know how to manage 2 drive thrus. Had to blow horn to get waited on, bc everyone was backing up, almost wrecking to get in closer one. When asked if there was a problem with it he very rudely asked in his his most proper English, Is you a Owner., won’t be back.
