Well, I can say one thing they don’t know how to cook a hamburger. My hamburger was raw. If you do get a hamburger there make sure it’s cooked if not, put it in your microwave to cook it before you eat it.
I’m surprised they haven’t given somebody food poisoning. and I had to wait for my food. Do yourself a favor go to the McDonald’s around the corner. Haven’t had any problems from that McDonald’s.
Wow, after reading some other reviews looks like I’m not the only one to get a raw hamburger. Somebody needs to report this McDonald’s to the health department.
Update please turn off location service services. I don’t want to order from this McDonald’s. They tried to kill me with non-cooked hamburger. If it happens this time video and images to health department.

Firstly we went through the drive through to get a simple meal for our family of 3 which wasn’t bad, but the person who took our order was so rude to us the whole time that I thought about telling my partner to let’s just leave. Then, we got to the second window and she said something really fast and then walked off and we didn’t hear her properly which resulted in us going to the wrong spot for our order. Lastly, we got home and half of our order was incorrect. I don’t usually write bad reviews like this because I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but the sheer rudeness out of this establishment was wild. We were kind and we apologized, but the workers here were so disrespectful we won’t be returning.

Our order was delivered incorrectly for few times. We waited for Apple pie for over 20 min. then we have to remind them so we can receive our orders. Also, the floors and tables are dirty. Employees are bickering at the kitchen and it can be heard at the eating area. Employees on breaks taking a nap at the couch, it does not look good.

Waited for 10 minutes to try an order through the drive thru. 20 minutes after the store opened and they said “we aren’t open yet” sadly people just don’t value customers or service anymore. Do better!

Horrible language, terrible service, gave me the same sandwich twice without correction, only sauce. The new special sandwich was given with NO bacon, No Tomato, No lettuce, nothing. Staff were very very rude on two occassions, cussing in front of my young children. They also refused to deliver curbside orders. Horrible experience while traveling! Came here on the way to destination, and back. Woman claimed she was a manager but claimed she had no idea how curbside worked or why my order was never delivered to car. Forced me to have to take special needs child in to get our food, who then had to go back in twice because my order was made wrong! It was NOT corrected, and the chicken was old, very, very tough, and tasted as if it had been grabbed from waste bin.

The nice thing about eating at one of the Jeffers family owned McDonald’s is that you will likely encounter one of the owners (see last pic). Better quality and service than your average McDonald’s. After eating at one of their locations you will likely pass by some of the other McD locations.
