I went to this location the other day doing doordash, and I was asking if my order was ready and the manager was extremely rude for no reason. She said that she was holding her tongue because she wanted to say things that would get her in even more trouble. She touched me without permission which made me really uncomfortable. She made me cry. I do have autism, and she was very rude and unprofessional. I tried applying for a job and she was saying that I was the one being rude and uncooperative and unprofessional. If this is the kind of experience you want, then by all means go to this location, because this is how they’re treating their customers.

I don’t like the older white lady that works the drive thru second window on morning shift, I’m disappointed every time I see her. I heard her complaining about me asking for a sauce and she doesn’t like to fill up your drink all the way if you don’t order ice. She says that where the machine stops when I asked about it. Everywhere else they fill the cup completely including at other McDonalds locations.

Ordered from Kiosk. Simple orders just a couple of things. Waited 20 minutes while people who ordered after me got their order. Finally someone ask me about my order. It was sitting in the food area and they handed it to me. I checked my bag to make sure I had the right order. Of course something was missing. I went back up and told them. The missing item was sitting next to where the bag was. She handed it to me. No words. No sorry nothing.
Can’t wait for McDonald’s on Airline Road to open. Has to better and improvement.

Lady who works nights I get it I got there a bit late but I got there plenty time before closing she wants to act like she didn’t get my mobile order so I had to cancel I told her if I can just order from the drive though she said yes then acted like she didn’t hear me and just completely ignored me if you don’t like your job then just quit

Got oatmeal and they charged me 80 cents for a little bag of raisins. All the other ones only charge 39 cents. They also dont honor coupons. Said they are owned by a different owner. Last visit ever to the Oakland McDonalds. They should have same prices as ithe McDonalds but some items are priced higher. GREED LOSES CUSTOMERS !!!

Although the menu is the same everywhere, not all Micky D’s are the same.
This location did everything right. Fast service, hot food, and the shake machine was not out of order. To top it off, the fries were just as magical today as they were in my youth. I’m sure everyone can relate to that last statement as most McDonald’s today serve fries that seem to be similar to salted shredded cardboard.
The restaurant was clean including the Mc Pottys. The playground was open and very clean with absolutely 0% evidence of cleaning neglect (another miracle when compared to most other Mc Nasty playgrounds). My son kept coming up to me to tell me how much he loved the playground.
Hands down, this location is superior by a long distance to any location I have been to in the past several years. Thanks owners and crew of Oakland, Tennessee McDonald’s, your pride in your efforts shines through your product and customer satisfaction!

My child hurt and cut his knee tripping on their curb as we walked in and when I asked for a bandaid from two differnt employees (because my first request was ignored) the manager told the second employee I asked “we don’t have any”. That’s regulation violation and a lie. As long as it took them to get me false answer anyone one of them could have gone to the first aid to get my child a bandaid for his knee.

First I ordered on the mobile app at 10:05 in the morning, I get there by 10:10 (I live across the street) I waited in the drive thru for about 10 minutes saw it was not moving at all I had I not already paid I just would have left, but I pull out and go inside take the young guy in a black jacket took over 15 minutes just to speak to me literally a DoorDash driver had enough time to get a order and DELIVER IT and come back by the time I had even been spoken to, the guy in the black jacket managed to take 2 bathroom breaks (to which he was pulling out his phone before he could even make it there, like damn at least get to the bathroom first if your gonna slack off in a busy rush) again before he even spoke to me comes back and finally asks me my name he doesn’t seem to realize his slow very quiet version of calling out orders was not going to work so I stepped in and repeated it loud enough miraculously the order goes out. He could care less about doing his job and when you do that it just creates more issues and work later as I proceed to wait another 15 minutes I guess my order miraculously disappeared, I asked for the manager let her know at that point I’d been waiting over 38 minutes and they had already switched over into lunch from the time I placed my order she apologizes which I will say she seems very sweet given the not so great situation guy ahead of me had been waiting almost the same time and finally got his food and it was wrong, lady behind me was just wanting to order and I let her know she should just order on the app granted in my case she might not even get that. Girl that was doing expo with the manager just really seemed to hate her job and had she done less complaining and more working (and paying attention) she wouldn’t have to correct things she could’ve gotten right the first time because when my food finally came out I was still missing a sandwich and had to correct it AGAIN As someone who worked at McDonald’s I’ve seen my fair share but good lord I’ve never seen service like that.
