They gave us the wrong order at first, but they were very polite about it afterwards. Our order was not very good though. The burgers were covered in grease, way more than you’d expect from a greasy fast food place. The fries I ordered extra salted don’t seem to have very much salt at all. They also just threw everything into the bag so one of the burgers fell out and got all over everything. I also had to go back for straws. I’m glad I don’t live near this location, and for the locals I hope today is just an off day.

I ordered three chicken nugget meals. I received cold, hard nuggets and no sauce was given. I tried to call but their phone is out of service. So I drove back over there. All but two employees were sitting at a table playing on their cell phones. I asked to talk to a manager. She was also sitting at the table and would not stop playing on her phone to even talk to me. I can not afford to waste money like this! I ended up cooking at home.

The people at the drive through don’t even speak English. If you ask for picante, they go get a supervisor to interpret. Are you kidding me? A Mexican has to get a supervisor to interpret the word picante? I won’t visit this McDonald’s EVER again.

Submitted a mobile order and went through drive through. Told me to pull forward and 30 minutes later brought 2 wrong orders to me. Went inside to get order and took an additional 20 minutes for them to get my order put together. Worst McDonald’s I have ever been too. If I could give 0 stars I would.

McDonald’s deserves 5 stars just for existing, but Bernice takes it to another level. She deserves an Oscar for customer service — my fries were hotter than my love life, and she handed them over like it was a Michelin star restaurant. Protect Bernice at all cost!

I give a three because the fries were actually good, they were hot and just the perfect amount of salt. First time in over a year they got it right with the fries. The deluxe we quarter pounder on the other hand , the picture is probably,….. Enough said. I don’t give bad reviews but come on McDonalds. My deluxe has been nasty and even nasty looking the last four times I’ve tried. I don’t know why I keep coming back. I had given up on your restaurant until a few months ago. My daughter turned me on to the deluxe. I must have been starving or maybe that one time you, the restaurant, were actually cleaned up and I got a fresh sandwich too. It’s a special order. Yet I haven’t received a fresh meal in four times of being there. Besides this review I am calling management. Dont go downhill. You just now came up. Come on guys. Put some heart into it,!

Just had the best Big Mac of my life. Honestly, I think the sesame seeds were sprinkled by angels, Berenice nailedit! AND!!!!! The lettuce?!!! Crunchier than my ex’s attitude. The sauce? Had me rethinking all my life choices—in a good way. I’d fight a grizzly bear for another one. They are the best!
