I visit this location often and the service is pretty good but the last 2 times have not been good. I came Dec.24th the playground really needs a good cleaning and scrubbing because it is disgusting. My daughters grey socks were black and her jeans from her crawling around up there were also black after playing, I also ordered a Big Mac and the meat was so thin that my son and myself had to double check to see if there was meat on it because it definitely didn’t look like it. I also came through the drive thru a couple days later and ordered a large iced caramel coffee and received a medium and this has happened a few times before and of course I didn’t realize it till I pulled off and was already on 51.

I went today. I haven’t went in YEARS. I normally don’t eat McDonald’s but I was getting food for my mom. Today they reminded me why I DONT eat there. Too many kids working there playing around and not doing their job. It seems to be no adult on staff. I was in lane 1 for at least 10 mins waiting for them to take my order. I said hello several times. So when I saw the 2nd lane constantly going and I was still there I went around and got in the 2nd lane. As soon as I got in the second, the 1st lane took the car that was behind me initially before mine. When I asked if something was wrong with the 1st lane she laughed and said “oh someone just told me it was on” (idk what that meant) then I get to the pick up and all I hear is a bunch of playing behind the girl. PLEASE HIRE MORE workers with HOSPITALITY skills.

Went through the drive through, of course they had me pull into space 1 till they could prepare my meal while moving other customers along, so I don’t hold up the line sitting there waiting on them. They bring out my mail. I’ll look in the bag everything’s there and I leave for home. After arriving at home, I start in on my meal. My day had already been pretty long. I was glad to get to the house to be able to eat a little something I picked up my burger looked good from the outside, so I took a bite set it down was still continuing to do stuff at the house took another bite and noticed the taste a little different. I was so busy, I didn’t even Think to actually look at the burger, but when I went in for my third bite I looked back at my burger and noticed why it did taste so different, spit that last bite out. Hopefully, I don’t suffer from any food poisoning from that little bit that I did consume.
This is by far the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to, I have never had my food so undercooked before.

The only lady that appeared to be working was Tonya. Saturday 9/27.
All we ordered was 2 happy meals and it took 23 minutes. The same lady, Tonya, took our order and put the food together. The line cooks were working as well. All the other employees unfortunately seemed to be dead weight.

This is consistently the worst McDonald’s I have been to. The food is rarely hot, the wait times are excessive, the staff is extraordinarily rude, the fountain drinks taste terrible like the soda fountains have never been cleaned, the playplace is disgusting. There is no posted information to contact the franchisee so I have to leave this review here. It is not a one-time thing. It has been consistently like this for the three years I have lived in Munford.

Been through this location a few times this year. Almost every time, it takes 20+ minutes to get my order, and I’d say about 30% of the time, the order is either wrong or missing something. Some of the staff are very kind, but it’s honestly a hit or miss, especially early morning or later at night

A majority of the employees here need a serious attitude check!! They are consistently rude for no reason almost every time I visit. Today I ordered my daughter a McFlurry that was barely 1/4 full and when I pointed it out the employee got an attitude with me and acted like I was the problem for mentioning it. Customer service is nonexistent and needs to be addressed.

Update: The mocha machine has been repaired but now the coffee is just lukewarm. There are new self ordering kiosks that jammed up the line this morning. The employee attitudes are just as bad only now the cashier is gone so it is better. Still the owners of this franchise should take note that business would be better if the managers and employees are replaced with competent people who put customers ahead of themselves. Previous post: The mocha machine has been down for three weeks. The door alarm battery has been dead just as long. The playground is filthy and to top it all off the drive thru order taker has her two children at work hiding them in the playground area. They tried to lock it off before we got inside but we are bringing our grandchildren to play. I tried to explain the issues to the manager but she just gave excuses. Today the playground is filthy even though there are only a few kids here. The emergency exit is blocked with storing the wet floor signs.

This is the absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Ever single time I come the order is wrong or in today’s case, half of the items were missing. And can’t call the restaurant because it’s been ringing busy the last 20 minutes, shocker.

Cashier thinks latte means milk and sugar. When I asked them to put some espresso/coffee in it she asked if I paid for it. I did. And then proceeded to tell me a latte is milk and sugar. Super silly. Got my refund.
