we have went there twice in the last two months and were disappointed. the first time we went we sat and waited for 20 MINUTES to order, and there wasn’t a single soul in front of us or behind. we drive off and there’s two women just talking by the window and gave us a dirty look. today I go, and my food is undercooked… Very trashy

We had a great experience at this McDonald’s! Mark provided exceptional service — he was friendly, fast, and made sure our food was hot and fresh. The restaurant was very clean, and his positive, friendly attitude really stood out. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. We wish ALL McDonald’s had employees like him.

Very rude and unsanitary. Two employees were excessively touching my drink cup, pretty much massaging it with their dirty hands before handing it off to me. They need to do a better job of not manhandling customers drink cups and have better hygienic standards.

My fish sandwich had a quarter of a piece of cheese on it but it was hanging off the side so it wasn’t even there. The fries tasted like they had been sitting for a while and dipped back in the grease. The double cheeseburger was so old it wasn’t edible. Come on McDonald’s do better

Just went through the drive-thru for what was to be my first substantial meal in days due to fighting the flu. I literally pulled off to the side of their parking lot to eat and found that the fries were absolutely cold and that the two cheeseburgers were lukewarm at best. This is absolutely unacceptable. I tried to call them and of course there was no answer. I’ll just file a charge back with my bank.

This place crowds up with kids after school who apparently walk there to be picked by parents, etc. They obviously aren’t buying anything, because even though there were kids all over inside and out, the fries were stale and so we’re the nuggets. Left over from lunch is what it seemed to me. Definitely not worth the money they charge.

This was my 2nd and last visit to this location. This was the nastiest mcdonalds i think i have ever encountered. Please refer to the pictures. The bathrooms were nasty, none of the tables had been wiped off and there was literally ketchup , mustard and food all in the floor everywhere. The lady upfront was beyond rude. They gave me 2 apple pies that were old and nasty so i waited 12 minutes for fresh and they were not much better. Insides were pasty and outside was overcooked and the apples were hard as a rock. When i gave them back they let the old ones sitting on the counter for 15 minutes before someone threw them away and a child tried to grab it and eat it during that time.This mcdonalds hasnt been updated like most of them and i can see why. Would recommend driving 10mins further to go to a different mcdonalds. It was also so cold in there you couldnt stand to sit in there and eat your food. Had the air running with it 42 degrees outside.

Food is always as expected at any McDonald’s. This store really needs to monitor the Farragut after school crowd. Kids being so disrespectful and jumping in front of you after you order through drive through and laughing their heads off. Cars burning rubber and speeding while exiting the parking lot.

It seems like it doesn’t matter what time of the day I go there they never have a gallon of sweet tea. Hell last night I paid and get to the window and the young girl says do you want a refund we are out of sweet tea? First response well yeah would definitely want my money back if you don’t have what I paid for. Second response what the hell do you have unsweetened tea, yes, do you have sugar, yes, well then you’re not out of sweet tea. Didn’t trust that she would get it right so I took the refund. Luckily it was the one time I paid cash.
