I went through the drive through to pick up a late lunch. I pulled up to the far lane and waited for a cashier to take my order. No one answered. Meanwhile the other lane took 4 cars ahead of me. I drove around the store and honked my horn to notify them that the other lane did not get service since no one was responding over the intercom when I was repeated saying “Hello”. If someone had responded, this review would not be necessary to warn their future customers. When the girl finally came on she informed me that I was being disrespectful and would not take my order. I called the store, spoke to the manager and he said there was supposed to be a cashier for each drive through lane and they were short handed. I asked why he didn’t put an out of order sign on the second lane so that customers would know they did not have enough staff for both lanes. Then he HUNG UP ON ME. No one took my order.. I never got any food. I will be reporting this up the chain to corporate offices.

Management had the worst attitude I have experience in a very long time. From the time I ordered my food until it was handed to me. I was informed by the person at the window the employee that was talking to me like that was the general manager. Absolutely unacceptable I work hard for my money and I spend it with your company just to be treated so badly. don’t expect crew to act with great customer service if the general manager is absolutely horrible.

The ketchup area was all taped up gross looking like germs. There was Coke or tea splattered all over the drinking area the french fries were cold. The chicken nuggets were very, very dark. I was surprised they still had moisture to them. They must’ve not changed their oil in a while. The inside felt gross by far. This is not a good McDonald’s. I’ve been to a lot of McDonald’s and this one is pretty gross and I ordered dine and they put it to go. I was very not impressed with the food.

For you all to charge $1 more for orange juice and then give me orange juice that was OBVIOUSLY watered down is criminal. I don’t care if it’s $1, I paid for a product I did not receive and it tasted disgusting. You are lucky I didn’t notice when I still had time to turn around and come back.

Busy, smaller new location closer to home. Food good. Cashiers still on training. Frequently our local Mc,ds ignore people inside at registers. So I have to holler.

They advertise things that “aren’t available”. But you can order it on the app for pickup unknowingly. When you complain to corporate about not getting what you paid for the rude manager will call you and scream at you and basically call you dumb because “there are signs on the drive thru window”. But I order curbside…. Not the customers fault you didn’t properly notify everyone. Take it off the app if it’s not available.

Aside from this if you do ever go inside it’s freakin disgusting and I don’t think they’ve cleaned the soda fountain in months. Stickiest grossest messiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been into.

It’s McDonald’s we all know how the food is but more often than not they do it right. The staff hear are always so friendly exactly the night manager. Sure the lobby is always dirty but I also always see someone cleaning.

Food was ok, but everything else was awful.
The place is not clean at all. No napkins, no condiments, no hand sanitizer at the kiosk.
We have experienced this before at this location.
Clean it up and train your workers in customer service!

Mobile ordered nuggets. Waited long enough to question life choices. Staff couldn’t find my order, turns out it was chilling (literally) on the counter. McMystery solved. Dinner: lukewarm disappointment.
