I stopped at McDonald’s to grab a quick dinner while traveling; the food was great and served hot. However, when I requested to dine in, my order was prepared for takeout, which was an unusual mistake. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Use the mobile app. It will save time. Then when you get there you hear “your drive thru order code not showing on our screen. You need to come inside.” … they assumed i was lying about a mcdouble and large tea, and demanded proof via the app. Are you kidding me? After 10 minutes they found my order. Someone had accidentally cleared it off the screen I guess. Pathetic behavior. Petty people. I was in a hurry and wanted a quick lunch. So much for that. Also, no privacy divider between the urinals in the men’s room. 405.3 states According to the International Code Council, each urinal in a public or employee restroom must be enclosed by partitions. Just saying.

I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble just making someone aware of the mistake.
This morning, after I ordered my husband’s big breakfast and my biscuit and gravy, I added three hot cookies but instead we got three extra hot cakes. We would have came back in but we had parked the rig in an opened parking lot across the highway and it was paid for on the card. Also my husband is a truck driver so time isn’t always on his side.

Just left McDonald’s on Strawberr Plains Pike after waiting in the drive through line for over 25 mins. Just as I was about to be at the window to get my drinks ( which is all I ordered) the person handing food out the window to the car in front of me practically threw his food at him, didn’t make sure he caught it, and the whole order fell to the ground. They were going to have to remake the whole order. Beside from the fact I had already waited for over 25 minutes the person at the window was very rude. The whole mess could have been avoided. After waiting 5 more minutes I just drove away. Yes I paid for my drinks but from the way the window person was acting I didn’t want to wear them.

Its fast food done slow. The burgers are not gourmet but the prices are. Better burgers at the same price can be found at chedders.

Excessively messy and semi-warm. Poor presentation can sometimes be overlooked if the taste makes up for what something lacks in appearance, but this certainly wasn’t the case either. 2 out of 10 experience.

Management needs to figure out what is going on with this McDonald’s only…. Every single time you come here it is a 45 min wait for some reason. The food taste all right once you actually get your food. I’m gonna start going to the east town location, cause I can get there and back faster than they even get your order at this location.
