These workers was extremely rude and disrespectful, me and my friends was DoorDashing and the hotspot so we went there to sit to wait on a order and these two workers followed by another guy approached our car saying we couldn’t park where we was parked (by the dumpster) so we politely explained why we was there and said we would move but off the rip the was giving us a rude attitude instead of approaching us politely but we still moved and let it slide until they was walking away too the door and started mouthing off rude remarks about is and the car beside us which was also DoorDashing the accused the other dasher of having (sex) in the parking lot while he was also waiting to get a order, the workers also looked high/on drugs which i wouldn’t doubt they was on drugs knowing the area but the service and workers are completely disrespectful and unprofessional i highly do not recommend going to this location if you want good service because they got far from that i really hope corporate will take action on these employees behavior all out ruined my night

Terrible service, worse food. Got my order wrong, then the girl at the second window didn’t believe me on what I ordered until I showed her my receipt. She told me I had the wrong food. Well yeah, that’s why I said something. She closed the window and kept yelling at her coworkers. When I finally got my food after 10 minutes of waiting, the cheeseburger was so burnt it was inedible. Only saving grace was chicken nuggets and the coke. Fries were cold and limp. Meanwhile there were people panhandling the cars in the drive through line. I mentioned it to them and they said I could tell management. I have gotten the wrong order at this store before. Gave them another chance. Never again.

We were in the area working and getting ready to head back to chicago. We swung by this location and let me tell you they do not know how to handle the night shift. Took over 25 minutes to get our order, there was no one in line ahead of us mind you. Apparently they “dont use thier ice cream machine after 2am” we arrived at 2:03…. very disappointing. Ecspeically since in the app it allows you to order such items. Then when we finally get our order its wrong. BACON QTR with no bacon on it. We have more work in the area, we definitely wont be returning.

I think it would be best to NOT leave a review. Passed through here because it was the nearest McDonalds I could snag a quick coffee. I got nothing but grounds in my teeth the first sip I took. Disappointed over the Carelessness. Would you want to drink this? Why even serve it? ☹️

The store and bathroom were clean, which I appreciated, and the parking lot was easy to access with plenty of parking available.

Customer service was the weak point during my visit. I stood at the register for several minutes before being acknowledged, and when someone did help me, the interaction wasn’t very friendly.

Overall, it’s a clean location with easy parking, but slower and less welcoming service keeps it at an average experience.

Not only as a customer but as a doordasher (Hobby) this place genuinely sucks. The night crew that is. From Forgetting Dasher Ques to Sitting at the Window while this lady gives me a ‘McTrauma Dump’, This place was clearly the product of Fisher price kitchen ran by the cast of Brickberry minus being rated For quality. The way they will have a like of cars wrap around the building and half the staff would be outside staring at us is unprofessional. They had me sit in que for half an hour before I finally pulled up and they were clueless to what door dash even was. Absolutely atrocious, Re staff the night crew. The morning crew should stay because they are sweet and kid friendly:). Anyways – Karen Out.

Can’t order anything there after dark sit in drive thru for 30 minutes with only one other car there. Have bread crates blocking on of the drive through lanes. Place needs to be shut down it’s a joke. Worst McDonald’s ever.

I stopped at this McDonald’s, ordered a full meal, and everything was fine until I asked for a simple cup of water. The cashier told me it would cost $1.69. I honestly thought I misheard. I wasn’t asking for bottled water — just a small cup of tap water to go with the food I had already purchased.

It’s not the $1.69 that matters. It’s the principle. After paying for a meal, being charged that much for something as basic as water felt disappointing and unnecessary. Water should be a courtesy, not a profit item — especially when someone’s already supporting your business.

I hope management reconsiders this policy. A simple act of kindness, like offering water to a paying customer, goes a long way in making people feel valued and respected.
