None of the fries were salted, my daughter was missing her apple slices and it looked like someone stood 3 feet away and literally threw toppings and sauce at the Big Mac bun. Also, my 1 year old wasn’t given a toddler toy as requested.

We went from Fla to Northern Michigan and now heading back to Fla. I don’t know what they do but they by far had the best sausage gravy I had the whole trip. They actually had sausage in it, not like some other restaurants on trip that just give you a flour roux.

I’ve NEVER contacted corporate for any restaurant, but this instance was obvious I needed to. I waited for my order for over 30 minutes. Turned out it was ready 20 minutes prior, but they kept it behind the counter instead of the pickup area, so it was obviously cold and disgusting. I asked if they could remake it and they just scoffed and walked away. Terrible employees & customer service. I will go to my grave demanding a refund from this place.

We were on a road trip home and were passing through. Food was pretty typical McDonalds, nothing better or worse then other McDonalds, service was hit or miss, wasn’t busy when we got there but felt like it took longer than it shouldve for a 10pc nugget and burger with fries. Store overall couldve been cleaner.

Service was a little slow. But the staff was pleasant. The location is a little tough to get to from the opposite lane. Ended up going to the hotel next door first. They need better signs to guide people…..Food was done ok.

Wow, just wow! Come on McDonald’s get a grip. Spent over 30 minutes in the drive-thru with only 2 other cars ahead of us. Ordered 2 quarter pounders, 10 piece nuggets, a big mac and a basket of fries. Get home fries are ice cold and Big Mac only has 1 piece of meat and burnt! Looks like we won’t be coming back to this location. Had give up on McDonald’s for a long time but thought we would give them another shot since new building but guess we were wrong.

I have waited over 40 minutes for chicken nuggets & fries. I had to request my drinks as they did not give them to us. They refused any refund or apology. The lady serving the food was extremely rude.
