This McDonald’s was terrible. We waited 40 minutes for our food after we ordered it. Once we got our food, it was missing four cheeseburgers and the drinks were wrong. There was no place to get salt, ketchup, straws, or a fork. Also, no drink refill stations. You have to get back in line to get a refill. Awful experience, we will not be back to this location.

As a McDonald’s lover I was extremely disappointed tonight with the customer service and my food. I’ve been eating McDonald’s since I was three and tonight was my final straw with the company. All I asked for was a fillet of fish meal add pickle. And guess what I received. A fillet of fish meal add ketchup With fries, I have been dropped twice and over salted!!! The morning people in the night people are usually very nice and give great service. But tonight wasn’t the case this McDonald’s has been ran by teenagers without a manager insight. I went all the way home with my usual confidence from this McDonald’s that my food was right And it wasn’t what I drove back from my house to the same McDonald’s the guy at the register acted like I grabbed somebody else’s food when I went through drive-through.. I didn’t even get a chance to touch my meal. I’m very disappointed in this McDonald’s. Let’s keep in mind folks that I waited about 20 minutes before I received the first meal.

They were super busy, most employees were doing their best, however one was a complete jerk. Food was cold. Dining area was dirty. My food order was wrong, when I was waiting on someone to fix it. He ( the jerk) shewed me back then dismissed me. Another employee stepped up to fix issue. No refill station for drinks.

Stopped in around 7-7:30pm after a long day at Dollywood, wanted something quick. Their self kiosk didnt work. We waited 45 mins just to get our food, which was missing my daughter’s chicken nuggets. Seemed like the cashier, who was really sweet, was just thrown in on the register on her first day. This cashier and a hispanic that was making fries were the only employees tonight that seemed to have any customer service skills. There was this on lady working, I’m assuming she was a J1 by the name of “Rachel” (black pants, black long sleeve, no name tag) who was absolutely rude. She intentionally ignored customers. Laughed when they got something wrong, missing an item or a customer had a simple question. We asked for Dr. Pepper, received diet coke. Went back to the counter to have it replaced and “Rachel” laughed in my face and said rudely that she isn’t the one making the drinks that she couldn’t help me. The hispanic working fries overheard everything and came over apologized and fixed our drinks but we basically stood there 15 mins waiting for them to fix the drinks. It’s like untrained children are running this McDonald’s. They can say and do whatever they like. After spending about $60 to eat here, I won’t ever do that again. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location unless management does a full recon on staff.

This McDonald’s is owned by other individuals. They allow them to use no salt on fries. They also give you a tablespoon of gravy on the gravy and biscuits, knowing they make a lot of money off these. The gravy costs them like 0.03 cents a serving or less. The fish I got this week had long bones in it, which I had already eaten, bones included, before I bit into the other bones. It was very hard and sharp. They need to change most of how they run that McDonald’s, and since COVID is over, why are they still not making biscuits from scratch instead of the dried-out pre-made ones?

Just went in for my coffee and asked for extra cream and syrup and the girl at the window handed me black ice coffee and told me we have to pay for extra. I told her we did. She then tried to hand me 5 creamers for 3 large coffees. Finally got her to take them back and she hands me 3 coffees back that are all cream with no syrup. Completely ridiculous to treat someone the way be they ask what they paid for and not one was I rude I even tried to help her. If I could give zero I would. Maybe they need to put more effort into hiring people with descent customer service skills. Not the first time here and deal with attitudes.

So I’ve been back maybe 5 times in 2 days I’m on vacation and this is the closest McDonald’s, mind you I work in one in nc. I asked for sauce on the side I got to the windows they gave it on the sandwich. Remade immediately. I asked for it in a 4 piece box which ik they can do, had to argue for it because the girl had an attitude about throwing the ones she made for me in a sauce cup. I get home and 1 of my sandwich’s was a sausage egg when I ordered a steak. Had to go back and get it remade by the manager. The next day which is today I get 4 cheese burgers and theirs no onions on it barley I had her remake it and theirs was only 3 flakes like Dpmo. I don’t feel like getting it remade a 2nd time. Don’t eat here ts is poorly ran and can’t cater to a fellow franchise employee who’s asking for a 4 piece box….

If you’re thinking about getting a quick lunch you will be greeted by kiosk machines with no employees. If you happen to not know how to use the kiosk you’ll be waiting 15 minutes for someone who works here to show up and care enough to do their job. Luckily we know how to use the kiosks. As we sat down we noticed that the table was still wet as well as the seats.
Once we got our food they forgot our drinks and dipping which can happen! Unfortunately that wasn’t the problem. God forbid I ask someone to do their job because the lady that I asked for our drinks (due to the dine in area not having any condiments, fountain drink station, utensils, or anything you would expect.) This lady rolled her eyes and handed me my drinks. My wife informed me they forgot our sauces as well so I went back and the lady stated that they are in the bag and I stated they were not and she said yes they are and rolled her eyes and walked away. Worst McDonalds experience I’ve ever had and that’s saying a lot.
Moral of the story GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
