Tried the chicken Big Mac for the first time.
Not too bad. Tasted like two big chicken McNuggets. Only complaint was the bun kind of fell apart with and without extra sauce. Tried BBQ, hot mustard, honey mustard and ketchup on both French fries and chicken Big Mac.

Ordered on the app and waited forever on food. Hashbrown was a little undercooked/soggy and was greasy. McMuffin was tough and cold. Loud music playing from the kitchen. Only a few people there that spoke English, or at least at the time I was there. The furniture was also ragged ans tables were sticky. Got a pie and it was burnt. Overall an OK experience.

Breakfast was great. The rain and storms Saturday morning really slowed us as we left Gatlinburg and were trying to find a place for breakfast. Apple Barn was too crowded, so we decided on McDonald’s. I enjoyed breakfast, and my parents did too.

Maybe it was because it was on the 25th which most restaurants in the area were closed, but this McDonald’s was packed. Very dirty, missing stuff, staff was struggling to keep up. Koodoos to the staff for working on the 25th and dealing with the massive crowds.. Food was typical McDonalds so not much I can say other than that.

Me and my family went here for lunch just before going to a close area attraction. Upon placing our order at the kiosk I noticed that a lot of their items were out of stock. We just made do with 4 value meals and 2 of the holiday pies. We ended up spending over $40 which is high but everything is now a days. When our food was ready we asked for ketchup and they was completely out as well as the holiday pies. Every available table was dirty as well as the walls and floor. Maybe they was short staffed that day but we didn’t have a good experience.
