7:00 PM, Saturday January 4th, and other customers can attest to this — the store hours show they are open until midnight and WORKERS LOCKED THE STORE DOORS, DID NOT RESPOND AT THE DRIVE THRU SPEAKERS AT ALL, kept many customers including us waiting for 15+ minutes. We had a DoorDash order we were supposed to pick up, so that customer did not get their food. And as we drive away and look through the windows, we see a woman sitting on her butt doing absolutely nothing. 3 vehicles of service workers parked in the front and not one there to help us. TERRIBLE SERVICE, DO BETTER

So I was right. I thought I saw them putting onions on something. Then I thought, “No, it specifically says no onions, so they should see that.” Then I get my McGriddle, and it has onions. I understand it’s habit, and I hear them being the loudest ones in the place, so maybe the one that done it got thrown off, idk, and I personally ain’t gonna get hung on it and cause a big scene, but imagine if you did it to someone else and they started raising complete hell over nothing. You wouldn’t want that, now would you?

Like the forks of the river parkway location, they have said they haven’t been able to make Frappes in a month. The other location hasn’t been able to do it in over 6 months. Is the machine broken, or is it really just too much work for them? I used to come here every day, but I’ve given up on being able to leave work after a long day and get the one drink I want. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went thru drive thru. Placed the order. Paid, went to first window. It was covered in advertisements or something. I could not see thru, thought maybe next window. Same thing so I had to knock on the windows to get my order. Pure aggravation.

The first time we went through the drive-thru, we ordered a kids cheeseburger meal, a 4c chicken sandwich deluxe combo with sweet tea, and a double quarter pounder with cheese combo. First of all, while we were waiting in line another customer had pulled up and the literally walked back in front of our car to obviously complain about some drinks they had gotten wrong, then we pull up and get our order. Our boxes/sandwich containers were covered in grease and we had to clean them before opening them. Then we open our boxes and the tomatoes were surrounded the chicken sandwich as if they were garnish, then we pull out our fries and they were lukewarm and not fresh at all. We still tried to just accept it, but the double quarter pounder was soaked with grease and still pink in the middle and raw. We decided to go back through the drive-thru and ask for a replacement for the quarter pounder and the fries at this point. We get fresh fries, but completely unsalted, and the quarter pounder is again soaked in grease. It was so gross that my boyfriend was disgusted, lost his appetite and just threw it away. This was the worst McDonald’s experience my family has ever encountered. Gross!

Since you can’t answer the phone and i called 14 times can you ask your cooks if they know how to make a cheeseburger with extra stuff in it cause i ordered a cheeseburger with extra ketchup onions and salt and i got none of that but i did get an extra unwanted Pattie please do better it’s like yall can never make an order correct i get the same order every time and you never do any of the requests

Two nights in a row I went through the drive thru for a ice cream cone and both nights the order would take over 20 mins of sitting and waiting for the orders. The first night the ice cream cone was handed to me already melting and leaning to one side so as I pulled away the ice cream fell off the cone and into my hand luckily not in my lap. I had to pull into a parking spot to throw the ice cream out of the car. Last night I went back just to see if the fixed their machine and my ice cream cone was handed to me in a cup, melted and cone inside down sticking out of the cup. Just a terrible experience both times at the location. This is not a standard procedure for Corporate McDonald’s. Very unsatisfied for this location.
