Please explain to me what the point of having the kiosk are. When not one damn employee brings you your food. Nor do they call your food order # out. Our food was cold and we had to let another table know their food was probably sitting on the counter. And of course it was. Just plain laziness and rudeness. Even spike to one of the managers and asked what the point was for the table numbers. All she could say was that giy is training. What does that have to do wirh the other employees not doing their jobs. Such rudeness !!

I really didn’t think it took a genius to make a chicken sandwich with cheese and Mac sauce but clearly I was expecting too much ♀️ I rarely ever want McDonald’s and now I remember why. 0 out of 5 stars should be an option… Not to mention half of my fries are still FROZEN

Burgers we crispy and cold. Asked for ketchup and mustard only. Was so much that the wrapper was soaked and the buger had it all over it. All the fries were warm not hot. The service was terrible. No one wants to help you if your inside. Only worried about the drive thru. Took forever to get our small order.

I called and spoke with a shift manager not the store manager because my order was messed up, my husband went thru the drive thru to order me food for lunch and got me spicy snack wrap combo with no cheese, it says spicy on my grill slip bu I when I bit into the wrap it was ranch, I called to tell the manager and she said I will need the food back before I can fix it I will be calling corporate or the store manager on her because I cant leave work to take food back they should have gotten right to start with nor can my husband because he already went home and you aren’t supposed to take anything back over counter or in drive thru due to health regulations which she would know if she is serv safe certified and know health department protocols just saying.

They haven’t been able to do a frappe in over six months, I’ve checked time and time again. I lost 4500 points at this location that I used for a frappe. Is the machine broken? Are they ever going to fix it? Or is it simply too much work for them to make a drink advertised on the menu? I’m about fed up with the whole company.

50% of the time the diet Coke is regular coke. I wish the accuracy was better. I now have to drive to the next one and pay high price for this McDonald’s mistake. Disappointed frequently .. as we come daily.

If I could give a zero, I would give a zero the food was horrible cold my bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit only had one piece of bacon on it. My husband’s hot cakes didn’t have no butter no syrup and they were cold. The lady in the back couldn’t get off her phone to come to the counter to give me syrup and butter. This was not a good experience for us at all and was a big waste of $42 dollars no good McDonalds

The teachers received a small card that you put on a key chain. It said “free Tea every Tuesday until August 2026. It was from McDonald’s. Even had their name on it. When I gave it to the guy working there on Tuesday December 16th 2025 at 3:00. He kelp it saying it was only good for one tea. He said he had to turn it back in so this McDonald’s could get credited for it. Really? I wont be going back there.
