Couldn’t believe they gave me a Mcrib on a hamburger bun!
They took out the self service drinks. All in all not very good atmosphere at Christmas. Stopped in a McDonald’s in a small town in my travels in November and it was decked out and they even had a sitting Donald with a Santa hat on. I was impressed.

We stopped at the McDonalds in Rockwood, TN yesterday morning. Our order totalled $3.92. I gave the young man working the drive-thru window a $20. He gave me back $16.05. After he handed my change, I told him he had shorted me 3 cents. He got a person that could open the register. After this woman stared at the receipt for a few seconds she reached into the drawer and got the 3 pennies I was owed. As she gave me the pennies she said, “you’re lucky we had 3 pennies or you wouldn’t have gotten them. We dont usually have any pennies”. I asked her if she shorted everyone that they owed pennies to and she said no, we round up or down.
Are you training your employees to cheat your customers? After all, the 3 pennies were in the same drawer the young man got my change from and he intentionally didn’t give them to me. Some people might call that attempted theft. Definitely shows a huge lack of character and integrity.
Imagine if McDonalds shorts every customer at every store 3 cents. They would make a huge profit from theft and dishonesty.

I have given the restaurant many opportunities to do better. The place is awful can’t get waited on by a cashier and if you do get your order in make sure you check your food. I guarantee it will be wrong or items missing. I stood in line at the cash register for almost 10 minutes waiting for a cashier to take my order. Finally I determined that if it takes that long to place an order then it will take forever to get the food together so I left. I will not return. The restaurant needs a GM as the one there now is losing all the business. I do not recommend this place of business if you want fast food and the food to be made right go elsewhere.

Ordered on the app before I got there and it took longer than a sit down restaurant to get the double cheeseburger, small fries and drink. The burger was fine, but the fries were like they were sitting under the lamp from the day before. Definitely not the best fries on the planet like they are supposed to be. I understand that it could be that they are understaffed like a lot of restaurants nowadays, but if you want fast, cheap food, you might want to try the Taco Bell next door.

customer service is crazy,, went through drive through asked if there was sweet and sour in the bag the women’s says “if you asked for it it’s in there” with attitude for no reason then proceed to check my bag and am missing a fry but if i ask for it it should be in there right rude as heck for no absolute reason.

Not a good day for this McDonald’s. When people order something plain it’s important it be plain. Besides preference, it could be for a dog, or the paying customer could be allergic. Too slow to go back and exchange.

Wait 10 to 15 minutes for a 20 piece large Fries. The fries weren’t even salted and the nuggets themselves were roomtemp at best and some of them were stale. I usually love Rockwood Mcds but this really was upsetting.

This place is absolutely horrible!!! Not only do they mess up your food every time you go through there, me and my son visited here one morning and got breakfast once I got Home I noticed they did not put my food in the bag. I did not want to get my baby back in the car drive all the way back up there so I called up there and they said oh yeah we know we forgot it on the counter just give me your name I’ll write you in the book and I will replace it so I go up there and get my replacement order which is written in the book and some lady up. There is being rude and would not let me get it. That is called theft!! They stole her money from me they did not give me the products that I paid for!!!

I would put a 0 star but thats not an option.The service at the rockwood one is awful.
Waited for well over 20 minutes. Not busy at all and can’t get any food out and there were several people waiting and nobody is acknowledging any of these customers. Its bad when people are walking out and they dont care

The food is almost always lukewarm at best, even when you are waiting for them the make it “fresh”, and now they don’t even fill the milkshakes. They fill it 3/4’s full and just cram a bunch of whip cream in there.
