food is good, but i wish employees could take the few extra seconds to make their food look right, ive worked in food basically my whole life and with that i know customers “eat with their eyes” it is NOT hard to spread the inside ingredients instead of slapping it all on the same spot and giving it out. lazy. weren’t busy either at all

This McDonalds was a disaster. The young man at the front was trying but everyone in the back which was staffed well were clueless. Everyone one was trying to do everything which caused them to mess up everything. Waited 30minutes for 3 burgers 4 nuggets and fries. Then the bacon quarter pounder had no bacon. Took it to the counter had to literally stop someone to ask them to help. I told her the problem and she just stood there looking at it. I then opened the box and took the bun apart and explained again no bacon at which point she said “ew”. Then waited another 10 minutes had to tell them another time I was waiting. Another 10 minutes and I finally got the burger to eat with cold fries. If there was a manager on staff that night they should be demoted and put someone there that can manage the people amd process. It was busy but not that busy for the number of employees they had. They also marked the drinks wrong. My wife’s was marked diet and was not. Good thing shes not diabetic I guess..

We never have any issues when we visit here to grab some food. We always get the food we order and the wait isn’t too bad (unless the line is all the way out, then we just go somewhere else). Always order via the mobile app. You can get food for free and it makes the process at the speaker quicker.

Very poor performance on all counts!!! Do not go to this McDonalds unless you have a plenty of time to wait!! Service is non existent!! Not even a greeting!! Witnessed small children (possibly as young as five??) running in and out of the kitchen as the workers ignored them. These same children were sitting unattended in the dining room and running about the area without any apparent supervision. I walked out and went across the street to get my food!! I suggest others do the same!!!

My experience here is always horrible. My food is either wrong or always halfway missing. When I asked to speak to a manager, I get attitude rudeness or either they just ignore me. The owners of the company need to talk to Alicia and Teresa on how to be professional instead of talking to customers with rudeness and disrespect towards the employees.
When someone calls in sick out of their mind and all you do is threaten them with getting fired if they don’t come to work and knowing they have a doctors excuse… that is wild behavior.
Just so you managers don’t have to work harder, you’ll prefer the employee to cough constantly on the food yall serve to the customers….

Its McDonald’s. You get what you expect. I am not a huge fan of the trend toward kiosks rather than human cashiers. A couple employees were arguing quite audibly when i arrived. Not sure where the manager was but it seemed there was a need for some supervision.

Ordered on the app.when I got there checked in and showed the little girl behind the counter my code to pick up. She checks the other orders and than after asking if a door dash or someone else food was mine, she says she can’t find it. So she gets the manager, she asks my code I tell them and show them. They still can’t find it and than tells me that’s not my code because it don’t have a letter in it. Only numbers. And I show her where I ordered she tells me not her problem nothing she can do. So no food and no money back. Spent almost fifty dollars and nothing. Called the corporate office and still waiting for a call back. This place is horrible. So I recommend trying somewhere else. No respect and always rude too

I deleted my last review because you guys really didn’t deserve that there are some things that I feel that you shouldnt do like serve One customer than not serve the other a certain food water under the bridge and I’m sorry for some of the things I said thank you for your hospitality and service tonight 10 out of 10 and again I’m sorry I should not have said some of those things that was ridiculous especially when I come here all the time
