I ordered thru the app to pick up in the drive thru. My husband and son wanted McDonald’s for dinner since I was running late and didn’t have dinner even thought out.
My order was not ready when I got there (I customized one of the burgers) which was fine. However, when it was, the employee at the window literally threw the bag at me. I caught it thankfully but the size of the bag was way too small for the order. I held it closed on the way home so nothing would end up on the floor.
Was home less than 10 minutes from picking it up. The two orders of fries were cold,old and stale. The customized burger was SUPER GREASY too.
My order consisted of two medium fries, two quarter pounders w cheese (the customized one and the other as it comes). Cost almost $28.00!! Ridiculous! Im so glad I don’t like McDonald’s. It would be close to $40.00 of I added another meal or separate items w out the meal option.

First girl who took my order at the drive thru put it in wrong , second girl gave me half my order and it was wrong. I asked for a refund because I was over it at that point. The second girl disappeared then came back and started screaming and cussing at me. Telling me I could come inside for a refund. ( I wasn’t appropriately dressed to come inside. ) I told her that and she still continued to cuss and scream at me. I drove away as we weren’t going to get anywhere. I placed a chargeback with my bank. I know it’s just McDonald’s but dang , do better.

The dining room is NEVER open on time in the AM – expect ridiculously slow service at the drive through if you’re even acknowledged for being there. Service is bad at best throughout the day. Food is about what you’d expect when you finally get it.

Well forget trying to pickup a mobile order or use drive through in the evenings here. I made a mobile order and sat in the line from 1025 pm to almost 1050 pm. And not a single vehicle in front of me had moved that entire time and I had to be at work at 11pm so I was forced to cancel my order and rush to work. It shouldn’t take that long or longer to make 4 or 5 orders (which was the amount of vehicles in line as there were none at the windows) idk if its them trying to ignore us till we drove off but its unprofessional if thats the case as they were still open. I’d get if after close someone drove up but this was 2-3 hours prior to close so there’s not really an excuse that can be given. This isn’t the first time ie been forced to cancel my own orders due to them never answering the drive through

So called “manager” was very rude and was only worried about her job whenever I had a problem with how the McDonald’s app operates. Only to be told that they don’t have anything to do with the app and that I have to take it up with the app on my own. It’s ridiculous, I thought McDonald’s was McDonald’s in the app or in store or in any other way. There should be a better way to assume responsibility on their part.

Worst experience ever! Really mad me mad. They messed up my order 3 time In a row took almost 45 minutes to correct my issue simply wanted to spicy mchickens with no Mayo and they can’t get that right plus listening to people yelling at each other from both the back and front is an experience I don’t like to have. I will never come back to this store again also I’m allergic to mayo and still put it on my sandwiches after the sticker said no mayo clearly

Multiple orders have been wrong. One time I got a happy meal receiving only the burger. Another time no drink. Another time bacon double qp with no bacon. Every time I order here something is missing.
Update: ordered 3 sec McMuffins this morning and only got 1. Check your bags people!

A group of managers were busy talking near the doors while I was ordering. The dining room was filthy and half of the chairs were missing. They seem to care less about the appearance of their establishment. I waited 15 minutes for my food and it wasn’t hot. I don’t understand if it is lack of drive or if they don’t care.
