I can genuinely say that last night was the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. The food both looked and tasted like it had been sitting for hours and then microwaved before being served. The food wasn’t warm and was very sloppily put in boxes and wrapped. It was so bad that all three of us threw it away after just smelling and looking at it. I can honestly say I will never be going to this McDonald’s again and it would be better closed permanently than open 24 hours. Finally, the people taking the orders seemed confused and our side of the line had to wait for 3 or 4 cars to go on the other side before we were able to order.

If I could give them 0 stars. I would is the worst service worst food I’ve ever tasted. I turned the food in to get fresh food. And they still brought me the same food? It was absolutely horrible. I do not recommend this place to nobody. I actually would give 0 stars 2 thumbs down. I hate this place.

I got 2 quarter pounders with cheese add mayo the first one wasn’t as bad looking but this was the second one it was so disgusting I didn’t even eat it grease was dripping out of the box and the box itself was soaked with grease this is what I got and later that night I got sick from it don’t know if it wasn’t cooked enough or some cross contamination happened but I think I got food poisoning from here so if you do decide to eat here be careful not just for yourself but for you’re stomach too

I was a loyal customer for 20 years. I ordered 2 large French fries one with salt and one with no salt. They hand me 2 fries with salt. I asked them to remake it. Their behavior is very bad. They do not want to remake so they just put my fries back on the fryer. It was burned. I wasn’t arguing I just feel bad.

Im highly disappointed and debating not to even return. Waited in line for 45 mins in the drive through to be served cold food and horrible customer service. Had to ask multiple times for my drink. When I said something about my fries being cold I was told I needed to pull forward they had not even been dropped yet I was willing to but I wanted my drink first. I’ve worked in fast food so I know what redropped fries are. And that’s exactly what I received! Before I received my drink! The management was horribly rude and disrespectful! An all around horrible experience! Very very disappointed!!!!

I have never had a bad experience at a McDonald’s before, but this one I am very disappointed with. My husband and I stopped in here to get breakfast, we ordered our food and proceeded to wait. We were waiting 30 minutes for our food, and finally walked out because we had an appointment we needed to be at and couldn’t wait any longer. Not only did we not get our food but we also kept witnessing customers who ordered after us and got their food before us. I understand breakfast is a busy time for them, but fast food is supposed to be just that, fast. Frozen food that just has to be heated up, given to the customer, and they’re on their way. The associates seems nice, but they need a lesson in speed.

20 minutes in drive thru is ridiculous. Someone ordered 8 milkshakes and didn’t have them park so others could get their orders. My turn and they don’t have my order ready actually didn’t know anything about it. Asked for sauce and ketchup and never get it. This place sucks anymore.
