This McDonalds sucks. Like really, really sucks. The majority of my orders have either been missing an item or they just straight up replace my missing or they give me something else entirely. Doesn’t matter what it is, there’s usually something wrong. Order a shake, missing shake. Order no salt fries, get no fries. Order a Dr Pepper, get Diet Coke. Ordered a triple cheeseburger they gave me a McDouble instead? Where’d the other half of the sandwich go yall?
Going in person isn’t any better because one of the managers is absolutely evil to the staff. Like full on cussing at people and having a power trip.
The bar is already low for fast food, but it’s hit a comedic level of terrible.

Tried to grab a bite to eat with my family and I heard a manager yelling about saying stuff to her face. I don’t know who she was talking to or the full verbiage. But it definitely struck us bad. It looked like there were only high schoolers in the building. My husband thought she was trying to pick a fight with the high schoolers. The manager had red hair that was pulled up. I’ve been to this location before and had not so pleasant interactions with her and another blonde manager before. They are both very rude. They pull you up and forget about you. I’ve seen them grab chicken nuggets without gloves and serve them to people. I’ve also seen them drop food back into the fryer when asked for food fresh. Last time I was in I asked for her to remake my fries because they were ice cold and she huffed and rolled her eyes at me. Super unprofessional in my opinion. Management should do better. I will not be coming back until this place has better management and service.
Update: tried giving them another chance. In fact this time service was worse! Definitely went downhill. They no longer have the nice manager lady. I was informed she was fired. Super sad since she was the nicest employee in that building. Waited 45 minutes for my food this time. Just to find a long red hair in my food. Absolutely will NEVER BE BACK!

The lady at the till was super sweet, but the lady handing out the food didn’t even look at me as she stuck my drink out the window, and then was too busy talking to coworkers as she handed me my food. She only addressed me when I told her to have a nice day. The chicken patty was raw on the inside-I couldn’t even eat it. Disgusting.

Inside closed drive thru was open. Service was good food is average McDonald’s bland. Sweet tea was good. Can’t really gauge atmosphere of the drive thru

McDonald’s delivers fast service during especially busy times. They have a great employee structure to accomplish that.

every single time we come here it is something. the employees are extremely rude leave you waiting at the speaker window for as long as they feel like the food is wrong cold or old it is one of the only two fast food places open on this side of town by west end industrial park where many people work like myself and come here on my timed lunch to have my time wasted get it together lord

Got pulled forward because they was waiting on fresh pies after waiting almost 12 minutes a lady brings them out along with a extra snack wrap for the wait but didn’t bring any of our other food we had ordered which we informed her and she was very nice about going and getting it. It’s my husbands birthday I didn’t expect to be spending 25 minutes at McDonald’s. edit to add they still never gave us straws after mentioning it multiple times.

Don’t know what happened, but the service and quality has taken a nose dive recently. The staff used to be kind and chatty, now they’re cold and act like they want you to leave ASAP. There’s almost always something missing from my orders, regardless if it’s delivery, drive-thru, or counter.
Edit : General response is either to be hung up on by staff or, from what I’m assuming is the general manager, is to just fill out a customer report on the official McDonald’s site. Disappointing.

My biggest main complaint is using a code, ordering a mocha frappe with expresso then get told either they can’t make frappes at the moment or they’re cleaning the expresso machine at 4 in the evening . Why not clean them at closing or opening time instead of peak hours. I’m just tired of trying, that was the only reason I was going there to begin with was the frappe, treating myself after a hard days work. Anyways, oh well I guess.
