This has happened to me several times. On this occasion, the order had no lettuce at all, and they didn’t even add tomato. The service at the McDonald’s in Morristown, TN is truly disappointing.

The service question on this review made me laugh. Mcdonalds has took every human interaction out of the exp. There is no where to get some ketchup, or a napkin. Even if you wanted a refill there is no one at the counter. You can only see pick up shelves. This remodel stinks, I unfortunately will not be back I’m sorry mcdonalds you were a part of my life as a kid and young man, but you have robed the public to save some money.

When I got to the pick up window, they had me pull forward because they were waiting on fresh fries. They pulled every single car that had been in the drive-through. I waited for 15 minutes on french fries that take 3 minutes to cook. Everything in the bag, including the fries, was lukewarm at best when I received it. If you are short staffed or something, then just say that. Don’t set the expectation that I’m waiting for fresh food and then give me cold food.

I dnt usually eat fast foods but when I have apts and short on time I stop here. Its always so backed up. They get your orders wrong most of the time. Why on earth are we having to beg them to have hot, crispy fries by asking them to make them to order and having to pull up and wait on them? I thought hot, crispy fries put them on the map. Well, take them back off the map if they have to give me soggy, cold fries even after I beg them to make them made to order like you are making them work to hard. Because of cold slopped together orders I mainly go for the sweet tea lemonade which they say they are always out or machine is broken. So they they tell me that they wld give me a free one whenever I come back. Im down 7 already. When I go back and tell them they treat you like a con or something. Its embarrassing but needless to say when this happens they need to give out tickets or something so you dnt have to explain or beg for the item you shldve gotten to begin with. Please stop making us beg for hot, crispy fries. If you hold up a fry and it wilts over it isn’t done.

This is the ugliest restaurant I’ve ever been in. It’s clear they don’t want your business unless you use the app. There is literally no menu and the lobby is hideous. The fry’s were cold and soggy as well. Won’t be back to this location.

Awful…went to drive up and ordered a quarter pounder meal…easy right? WRONG. I had to drive around the building and wait for them to bring it out.
Waited 15 minutes for cold French fries . Are you kidding me??? I didn’t even look at the burger. I absolutely hate cold French fries. Brought it all back in and had to wait another 10 minutes for hot food.Why can’t people do their job??? Is it too much to ask for your meal to be served hot when you get it??

I stopped in on December 8 to get a large coke. I placed my order at 2:00. By 2:07 I still had not received my order and kindly asked about the status of my order and the employee told me that she was off the clock, but she would check which I certainly appreciated. By 2:11 the Manager that took my order, Vance, had come back to the counter and I kindly requested a refund due to waiting on my drink for 10 minutes and needing to go. He very angrily snapped back and said, “I’m working on it okay?!” I was taken aback by the very hatefully toned outburst. He then proceeded to very hastily leave the restaurant. There was another customer next to me who also witnessed this situation and she was also in shock. Vance stormed out of the restaurant and I was still left standing there at the counter still waiting on my refund. At 2:15 another manager finally came to the front to issue my refund and apologize for the situation. I unfortunately did not get this employees name, but I do appreciate his kindness and for rectifying the situation. Needless to say, I will never be back.

First time I went food was awful, the meat tasted like soap. Thought maybe it was a bad day so I tried it again and it was still just as bad. Cold and old. Awful food and has the audacity to now charge for WATER. Something that has always been free. Service was also very slow. However the employees I encountered were friendly and were very apologetic. Overall I will not come back here.

Went in to get a milkshake and glass of ice waited over 10 minutes and 4 customers later the atmosphere was sterile and service terrible and the management didn’t even responsed just gave us our money back no sorry nothing the place inside was messy floors gross and bathroom out of service and it was a brand new restaurant
