The night crew can never get an order correct. I’m don’t complain usually but I’ve lived here for two years and this is a consistent issue. I ordered through the app, (TH98 if management sees this) got a Bacon QP meal and a Buffalo Ranch Snack wrap.

I requested no pickle and no mustard, add mayo on the sandwich. It came with xtra pickles and ketchup. No onions, no mayo, No bacon, and extra pickles.

They gave me a regular ranch snack wrap with a super small chicken tender in there instead of the correct chicken from the snack wrap.

Would love to leave 0 stars but not an option. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. I live close and my son loves happy meals so I go to this establishment probably 3 times a week. EVERY single time I come here, I get told to pull over to a numbered spot for my food. Even if no one is behind me. They take 10 min and longer to get food out. Then when they bring food out, it’s never correct. They never supply sauce when I requested at the speaker box and the window. And they never have my food right. And I have never seen 1 person in there smiling or happy. I hate going here.

First off I want to say this is the worst McDonald’s u could ever go to they need better management…. I waited this last time 15 minutes to get my order took at drive through… there was nobody in the drive through… and all I wanted was a strawberry banna smoothie… I seen at least 10 cars drive off… I finally get to the window to pay and told the guy at the window u got a parking lot full of people and people are driving off left and right and he just laughed it off and ya thats really caring about your customers…. second off I finally get my drink after 20 minutes at second window and she already had my drink ready and they laughing and cutting up with the manager with my drink in her hands… I blew my horn saying hello I am still here… like I understand needing help but this place does not worry about there customers I will not be back at this place… I go to the other McDonald’s at least they worry about there customers and always get u in and out… I usually dont post stuff like this but its everytime and people are just playing back there instead of helping people i dont get it I always thought customers came first…. well good luck to this place it has for sure went down hill… than when they finally park u…. they forget about u so u got to go inside and get your stuff and your food cold and hard I will not be back i will drive a extra mile to go somewhere where they care about u… DO BETTER UNBELIEVABLE

We really shouldn’t have to review McDonald’s, but here I am…. After 2min of waiting at the counter for ANYONE to come up, I decided to start the stopwatch for fun….here’s how long it was before I walked out (6min and counting) and got in the drive through. Getting my drink (the only thing I ordered), it was incorrect and had to be redone. The correct one was made well and the guy at the window was friendly. I don’t remember this kind of service at McD’s 25yrs ago.

It’s honestly the worst McDonald’s in the area I think. Wheeeennnn you finally get your food ….there’s a better than 50% chance they messed up the order or didn’t include everything. Plan to bring reading material while you wait…..photo of my normal McDonald’s parking spot :). I do not know why I keep returning to this one other than proximity to Walmart when I’m shopping.

I come here routinely and service just gets worse. It used to be a fight to get any sauce, showing my receipt that I paid for extra. Then it was an issue with rude staff speaking over you when ordering in the drive thru “OKAY, OKAY, ANYTHING ELSE” without getting a word.Now my food is consistently wrong, or I am asked to pulled into a spot to wait. Right now I’m sitting for a smoothie. It took over 2 minutes for someone to take my order. I pulled to the window and it wasn’t even started and it was me and one other car. I swear you could order ice water and be asked to wait.

Definitely not Lovin’ this McDonald’s! When you pay $8.83 for a Steak, egg, and cheese bagel ($5.29 for the bagel, extra butter, extra cheese $.75, extra steak $1.99, extra grilled slivered onions, and extra breakfast sauce, $.80 tax) you expect it to be right or if it isn’t, for them to make it right. I wish I had taken pictures of all the bagels but these pictures should speak for themselves and give you an idea of what the others were like. 4 times of having to waste gas to go get a replacement for something that wasn’t done right the first time. On one of the trips, the grilled onions were not on the bagel and I was in a hurry and asked for some I a box and I would put them on myself, I get down the road to where the onions can be added and found i had been given raw onions in a box instead of the grilled that is supposed to be on the bagel. The extra steak was left off on one trip, nothing extra had been added on another, and today’s trip i spoke with the manager Jose prior to coming to get the replacement and had spoke with the DM yesterday who had assured me that they would make it to perfection and wanted to make sure I was happy with it, only to get to the restaurant today and at 10:27am they changed the menu board to lunch while I was in front of it and breakfast is supposed to be ran til 10:30am, they initiated a ticket prior to letting me see the replacement bagel and put that it was fixed on the ticket, and when I get to the 2nd window to get the bagel and I open it and look at it, it still had not been “fixed” the way it was supposed to be and the man at the window said his name was Jordan and when I expressed how unhappy I was with the bagel, he refused to correct it. I pulled around to the side and called the store and asked for Jose and this Jordan says they did fix the bagel and I told him I was not happy with it and he knew it cause I had told him, he still refused to “Make it Right” and when I asked for the phone number for Corporate office he refused to give me the number and said he had already talked to corporate office so they were aware of it already. Jordan claimed he was the DM. I had to call another McDonald’s and get the phone number for corporate because the DM Jordan was rude and would not make it right, and would not provide the number to me. I worked for McDonald’s for 4 years and when a customer pays for something and is not happy with it, you are supposed to make it right and make it how the customer wants it, not how you want to give it to them! I spoke with Alice at the corporate office and she was very apologetic and took my address to send me a voucher to go to any McDonald’s so I don’t have to go back to this one. I should have explained to her how I had to make this trip 5 times (once the first time when I bought the bagel and 4 other times to get the replacement bagel which never was corrected and made right to satisfy the customer) so that she could send a gas card too for the gas I had to use to make these trips for something that was never fixed right. She is going to notify a supervisor and I really hope that action is taken against Jose and Jordan because it is uncalled for to pay $8.83 for a bagel and never get it the way you really wanted and to be talked to the way that Jordan, the DM, talked to me. He should have to take discipline from the corporation so that he realizes there are consequences for his actions and that you are supposed to satisfy the customer, not give them what he wants to give them the way he wants to give it cause he is not the one who paid for it or had to waste $25 in gas to never get what he wanted and paid for. Look at these pictures and the grill slip, does this look like extra to you??? And every one of them was like this if not worse!

Rough experience to say the least. I waited far too long to even be acknowledged while standing at the register, They weren’t busy at all. Every table was dirty and didn’t looked like they had swept in many hours. Plus side, food came out quickly and was hot. A few teenage employees had clocked out for the night and were hanging out acting like it was their parent’s basement. Four of them loudly cursing and vaping with children feet from them. I understand that teenagers will act how they do, however, this is a massive failure on the management at this location. Out of the locations in Blount county, this is by far the worst location in my experience.

Everytime I come to this location I hope it will be better than the last time but it keeps getting worse. I had a spicy snack wrap that was saturated in sauce and was so nasty a hog wouldn’t eat it. Today I got a Mcchicken and a snack wrap and most of the lettuce was completely brown and smothered I mayo covering most of the lettuce. Also mcdonalds pricing keeps going up and the quality is worse than it’s ever been.
