This mcdonalds is obviously struggling immensely. I came through last night Late at around 10 or so. Just me and 1 other car in line so its not like they were scrambling to get orders together or anything. I ordered 4 mcdoubles and a 5 dollar burger meal. Was missing an entire sandwich from the bag and both of the mcdoubles I asked for with extra pickle and onion had absolutely none of either on both mcdoubles. Fries were warm at best and recieved 1 sauce even after asking at the drive thru for a few sauces. I dont know if its a comprehension issue or just a severe lack of caring (im going to go with the latter) but it needs to change. Every time i come to this location there is always more than one issue. I get it sure to quit coming here but its a stones throw from my house. You would figure being part of the lenoir city community this mcdonalds would want to keep the locals business but it seems as if the employees are there to ride the clock and squeeze by the best they can without any effort and minimal work for a paycheck. Do better. Im not sure what is so difficult about adding extra to an order and making sure the whole order is there. Do better.

I came here around midnight with a mobile order and had ordered a McFlurry. Because it was so late at night, they had already shut down the icecream machine for cleaning. In place of the icecream, they gave me a whole cookie tote! I was very pleased and I highly recommend this McDonald’s. Everyone on the night shift is so kind and efficient!

Used drive-thru so atmosphere gets 3*. For the $8.16 combo “value” meal as they call it ( sandwich, hashbrowns, drink)- I could have bought 12 eggs, 1lb bacon and for $ 2.00 more english muffins and could have made 6 or 8 at home. It had maybe half a strip of bacon, some powdered egg, a slice of cheese on a imitation griddle cakes. What a disgusting ripoff. Im embarrassed for McDonald’s. A once “valued” American Icon and favorite. Pathetic!

Very disappointed with McDonalds in Lenoir City Tennessee today. I have never had a problem until today. I ordered a Quarter Pounder, fries and a Carmel Frappe. I got home and bit into my burger and it was not cooked all the way! Very pink inside. What are they trying to do make people sick! I probably will not eat there again.

3:40 on Oct 28 come to mcdonalds 10 minute after placing an online order and they say their systems are down for a restart… they used to do this at 1am not around 4 even though we had already placed it awhile before. Says won’t be back up till around 4:30 or something stupid. But they should have already had the food ready since the order didn’t even cancel itself like they said it would. Then we have to get a refund and it says it takes 7 days. Ridiculous. You guys never have food always have wait times and always close your systems down at Ridiculous times. Lenoir city mcdonalds sucks. (Not the first time this has happened and I’m sure it won’t be the last)

Ordered a large Big Mac meal and didn’t not get my fries. My roommates fries were only half full. Disappointed because there’s no way to report this or ask for compensation through their app which I ordered from, and I live 10 minutes away so it’s not worth the drive back. Very disappointed but it’s not the first time this location has forgot to give me something from my order.

I have had my order messed up at this place so many times it is not even funny. This is the only time I have ever actually reviewed a place just because it is wild how they mess things up so much. I have never once been through this drive through and gotten a MCFlurry or shake cause machine is always “broken”. They have gotten multiple of my orders wrong here. Today I asked for no cheese on a quarter pounder because my girlfriend is allergic to dairy and they said no cheese on paper but still put cheese on the dang thing. This location has given my nothing but problems and I am beyond annoyed.

have ordered here multiple times and finally making a review. i order on the app and get a double fish filet no tarter extra cheese and they never give me the double just the single and once im home to eat it its too late to get them to fix it. do better on reading your orders

This manager chewing me out in the middle of the night for asking an employee for help was not a happy moment. This McDonald’s has been receiving DoorDash orders during some apparent “nightly system downtime” between 12:45 and 1:45 for 3 weeks now. His tone of voice and aggressive demeanor was entirely inappropriate. In addition, there are zero policies which state that I shouldn’t ask an employee on premises for assistance with an order regardless of whether or not he’s on break.
Edit: The longer video really does it justice. The whole encounter was just mind-numbing, upsetting, anxiety-inducing, and unnecessarily confrontational, as well as completely baseless. Such ridiculous behavior should not be coming from someone in a managerial role.
