I have been to a lot of McDonald’s in my lifetime. This one is by far one of the worst. I don’t normally come down hard on a place like this because I know everyday is a different day and who knows what was happening that day that made it the way it was. However, the condition of this restaurant was inexcusable. All of the tables were smeared with ketchup and dirt and filth like nobody had washed them in a while. All of the garbage cans were overflowing, including the ones outdoors. The drinks tasted off like the water was bad or something. Hard to say for sure. The bathrooms were also a mess with toilet paper all over the floor. Clearly nobody had clean in there for a while. The food was fine. Pretty much what you would expect from a McDonald’s. Pretty much what you would expect from a McDonald’s. However, the management of this place could use some work based on what I observed. Despite the condition of the restaurant. I saw it at least two workers go on break. Oh and to top it all off they didn’t have any napkins out in the lobby area. Because “people waste them”. So if you needed extra napkins you had to go ask for them from the counter. How about you use some of the napkins to go wipe down the tables?

I didn’t complain because the burger was for the dogs. But a piece of the burger patty was missing. Coke tasted off today too, might’ve given me a diet by mistake. The workers were nice taking order and handing out food through the drive thru. I didn’t have time to go back and ask for replacement coke or burger. I asked for no salt or pepper on plain cheeseburger as it was for dog, but it’s looking like there may be salt and pepper.

We had slow service in the drive through and I ordered a hot fudge sundae that has the tiniest amount of hot fudge topping I’ve ever had on. Sundae from a McDonald’s. I worked at a McDonalds and am pretty certain this is not the standard unless things have changed. Maybe just a training issue….try again McD’s.

One of the managers told me and my friend that we needed to get out endless we had a receipt. She was very rude kept looking me up and down and giving us mean faces. 0/10 would not recommend. They were always understaffed and they take forever to get food out to you one time I was waiting 20+ min for my food and I had to go through the drive through to get it faster. Half the staff are rude,and think they can talk to there employees any way they want to because “we can fire you” would not recommend this one

Nothing but NEGATIVE things to say about this place. This was one of the WORST fast food locations and experiences I have had in my life. Staff were not competent and repeatedly asked “what” when I asked very simple questions. It was as if they were so dysfunctional and unable to understand basic asks that it delayed the whole experience.
Please take your business elsewhere. McDonalds in LA where I’m from are definitely more responsive and higher quality

Got a bacon, egg, & cheese biscuit and it was barley like warm and the bacon was only 2 small thin slices of that kind from stores that you just throw in a microwave so not the best. Went to the bathroom and the sank was nasty all over, the 1st stall was little nasty, and the large stall had crap all over the toilet and on the wall and floor. All in consideration, not the best place or time

Went and graded some lunch after picking up my sister from camping, and got 3 mcchickens and a large fry, waited 30 minutes for my order and fries was good (I always order no salt so they’re fresh) but got home and both my Mom and I got food poisoning from the mcchickens, will not ever be entering this McDonald’s again

Friendly service, good food, HUGE but not-so-clean playplace. We stopped here on a road trip. The staff were super friendly and helpful. A little girl skinned her knee and they were quickly attentive to get her napkins then Band-Aids and a free toy to make her feel better. The food was good, what you’d expect for McDonald’s. The play place was big and fun for the older kiddos. My two year old couldn’t quite reach to climb up inside so I had to go with him and it was so sticky and smelled of feet. We had to scoot and crawl down the slide because it was so sticky. Overall a good visit, but lots of hand sanitizer used afterwards.
